    4-7 hour workouts. Upper lower 3 day a week split, 2-3 miles timed each day first 2 days. Mostly compound lifts. Arms and 12-20 mile long run at the end of the week. Flat ground easy pace. 1-2 hours of stretching each workout. De-load week(s) when I feel it's necessary.
