Thanks to AX bigsmith, macedaddy for hooking me up with a bottle of superdrolNG! i will be testing this product and logging the effects both good and bad (if there is any).

I've been lifting off and on for about 5 years but the last 3 years non stop and very seriously. i got tired of bein small! :lol:

Stats:

6ft
236lbs *i was up to about 248 but i always get some stupid idea to cut. :think: :blink:

I will be running this solo and and putting it to the test as a bulker! I will be taking 4 caps/day

1 morning
2 preworkout
1 evening

My diet will be the same as it is now mostly clean with some dirty food in it! :head: my cals will be 5000 - 6000/day.

Protein 300g/day
Carbs 600g/day
Fat about 80g/day

these are estimates but are pretty close sometimes higher/lower.

I will be starting this tomorrow just wanted to get the intro outta the way tonight! :thumbsup:

Day 1

First of all i can't believe the stim effect this has. After the first 2 warm-up sets my back was already tight as hell. I was also skeptical about feeling the first dose but let me tell you that was no placebo effect.

The workout was about 2 hours long it went like this:

Lat pulldowns

150x12 warmup
180x12
200x10
250x10

T bar's

up to 4 plates for 8 reps

Cable rows

250x10 for 5 sets

Chins 4 sets until failure

Standing DB curls

40x10
50x10
50x10
30x15

Close grip preacher curls

Cable curls

started at 120x10 then 15 sec rest drop the pin down one plate for 5 sets


One thing i didn't notice is that i feel hot i'm not sweating but the a/c is on 69 and i feel like dropping it to 65. my last dose was 2 and a half hours ago and i have alot of energy right now. i hope i can sleep cause there isn't any girls around right now! :twisted: :D
 
Day 2

Rest day. tomorrow is legs.

Last night i took my final dose at 8pm and i won't be doing that again! It took me until about 1am to finally fall asleep and i woke up at 8am which i never do but i felt fully rested when i woke up. i took the final dose today at 6pm so we'll see if that helps at all.
 
Yesterday was DAY 3

Legs

Had a good leg workout which i havn't had in a while (might be because i always skip legs :ntome: ) anyways, aggression is way up, in and out of the gym. :aargh: i also feel hot on it which i don't need help with in florida but its tolerable. the feeling of well being is awesome on this as long as no one fvcks with you! :D

the workout was just to get me back into doing legs.

4 sets leg ext
5 sets squats
4 sets hamcurls
5 sets calf raises

right now i'm in marathon but i'll be moving to orlando in january. cause marathon blows! Where you at?

Formerly of tampa....i live in palm coast(just south of st. augustine) now, but moving to port orange soon(just south of daytona). Orlando is only about 30 minutes on I4 from where i'll be at.

Day 4

another rest day because of work which i didn't plan on but whatever. took the doses at the normal times. I feel the effects getting more pronounced. well being and aggression mainly and also my muscles feel tight and pumped all the time which i love!

I can't wait to hit chest/tri's tomorrow! :aargh:

are you taking it with food or empty stomach?

i've been taking it on an empty stomach. The morning dose is sometimes hard to take on an empty stomach because i eat as soon as i get up, but i've been taking it 30 min before i eat breakfast.

The strength was crazy and so was the aggression. I feel pumped all the time and look real full. i'm also leaning out and not holding any water at all. i'm goin to check bodyweight today.

I usually do back/bi's but my shoulder was acting up and i couldn't just do nothing. Aggression and mood still great, bi's were so pumped. Have some trouble falling asleep but i always wake up feeling rested. I've noticed a little bit of oily skin and a few pimples but nothing major.


Day 7

Rested cause of shoulder but i'll be back in there tomorrow! :thumbsup: I know there is alot of SDNG doubters but they have made a great offer for testing this product out!

Fri day 8

Legs nothing major another get back into it workout. The highlights of the workout were

Squats 315x10 made my legs sore instantly
Leg ext. 200x10
ham curls and calf raises

I was sore after this workout but by the next day I wasn't sore at all. The pumps are killer and feel tight all day.

Sat and Sun: off days

My libido has gone up. Some of the testers felt it right away but I didn't feel the increase until about a week into it.
 
yeah, its been interesting to see some go way up at first and others to slowly rise........ (that sounded TOTALLY wrong!) :frustrate

hmmm......maybe its an age thing? :think: dunno?

Well i hit a PR on lat pulldowns. the previous best was 260x8 so thats a significant jump. recovery time seems to be quicker between workout days. a little acne on arms and shoulders but nothin bad.

Today i did chest solo and went for a higher rep day. pumps were insane and energy was great i'm still wired! :aargh: libido still high and so is aggression!

Effects

Good:

Strength is up
Energy is great
Mood is real good
Aggression is really high (in and out of the gym)
Pumps are insane (i get pumped from the warmup set)
Libido is high

Acne has increased a little (mostly arms and chest)
Can't fall asleep if i take it to late in the day
