4.crazy eights
for those of you who dont know what this is, it's when you take equal amounts of small weights and put them on each side of the BB and crank out 8 reps on preacher. then you take a weight off of each side then do another 8 reps and you continue this till you have done the bar, but your not finished you then start going in reverse by putting the last weight on then 8 reps then the next weight on for another 8 reps. so on and so on.

1st 8 reps 3 5lb weights on each side
2nd 8 reps 2 5lb weight on each side
3rd 8 reps 1 5lb weight on each side
4th 8 reps bar
5th 8 reps 1 5lb weight on each side
6th 8 reps 2 5lb weight on each side
7th 8 reps 3 5lb weights on each side
8th set with th 20lb bb rep out as many reps as i could get !!

OVERVIEW: HOLY HELL ! this workout was 1 of the best workouts of my life! the energy was through the roof my strength and endurance was crazy !! i really love this stuff ! i am sad that my 30 day supply is almost up!! sad days!
 
yesterday i was still sore in my tri's so i decided to do an hour of cardio plus an hour and a half of soccer. i dont know why but my tri's keep getting extremely sore after bench and i dont understand it, i am giving them good rest and food and enough time off from using them but they still stay sore!?

OVERVIEW: On mon i just felt it i was in the zone! i tore through my workouts and destroyed the weights! i felt completely strong.

OVERVIEW: Well to day i decided to follow the last chest workout but with a a little difference my rest periods were exactly 60sec. i was reading that its a great way to build strength and mass fast. well today i was feeling it. i never really got tired till the very very end.

OVERVIEW: I tore it up at the gym that day ! my strength has stayed up the entire time i have been on the mst kreacepts. my cardio was easy and i am losing a little body fat from the supp. i wish i had done more cardio. but if i did that i would never have been able to stay on top of my log!

FINAL REVIEW: OK so it's the moment you have all been waiting for, my review. I must say this product great. Throughout the 30 days I did a somewhat cut clean bulk. Let me tell you this product did its' magic. Not only did I go down 2% in body fat, I also gained muscle every where and strength. My cardio came very easy when taking it. In terms of my strength gains, I gained 5lbs to even 20lbs an all areas of my body. Although I only gained 7lbs, I think I gained more because I lost fat. Kreaceps-XS was awesome I have never responded to creatine before but now I truly have found a product that doses the job. Starting and finishing stats be low. I maintained, lost or gained in all the right places! out of 5 stars i give this product a 4and a half!!! i loved it!
