if you want fast absorption of aminos, get bcaa's. for maximum growth, i am swearing by a whey/casein combo for quick and slow absorbing aminos. in my opinion...the goat whey is a waste. straight whey is a waste in my opinion.
Seems that I am recovering faster than usual. Don't know if this is even possible, but it might be as goat whey targets a greater igf-1 response than other proteins. Also i've noticed it goes down really easy, no bloating or stomach ache some people get for whey. Its got kind of an addictive quality to it.. Lately i've been sucking down 3-4 shakes of it a day. I like to mix in some instant creamer, cinnamon, and a packet of splenda and it tastes delicious.
