PowerFULL arrived but...

Been using the bulk for a bit but decided to try the real deal and when it arrived I noticed all the product in the caps is rock hard. The caps rattle - had this happen with my caps once when I left em in the car and the product melted and solidified into little nuggets.

So the question is -- is it still just as effective? Tried search but given ther are over a gagillion posts about powerfull I thought I would just ask.

THe Powder is very Hydroscopic so it just abosrbed some mositure(no harm) and is good to go. We fixed it.
 
Great thanks - just figured it got warm and melted together - Powerfull is a seriously great product - best sleep ever!!!:cheers:
