Suggestion Methyl Vol + Sostonol and PCT

I am taking Methyl vol from EST and Sostonol 250 for 4 weeks.
IS a PCT required or suggested?
on Methyl vol
1 week 1 pill
2 weeks 2 pills
1 week 1 pill

Sostonol 250
2 pills 4 weeks

also taking Creatine and Nitrix and Whey Protien
Eat clean and High Protien.

Post Cycle Therapy is required and highly encouraged. I would also recommend that you either drop the Methyl-Vol or the Sostenol 250, since they both contain SD. Honestly, if you're asking these types of questions, then you might want to drop your plans and do some learning before you undertake any type of cycle.
 
Im 28 lift 5 days week and have been for 8 years.
This was recomended to me by the nutriotionist at the store I get my supp's from.

If your not atleast 21, prepare to be :saw: .

I took sostonal at 18, and about 10-12 people ripped me a new one.


Just sayin, good luck with your questions though, im still learning... so ill be checkin in.
 
Return them to the store and simply get a Halodrol clone. If your store carries Methyl-Vol, then they should have Hemadrol. The stack that was recommended to you is not for the beginner and definitely not for the sane of mind. PCT is recommended for all products of this nature.
 
I have been taking it for 2 days so its opened. I dont think they will take it back.
If I take the Halodrol clone whats your recomendation with it?

I would honestly just discontinue the cycle as planned. Take two weeks off from any supplementation. Then begin a Halo clone at 50mg every day for 30 days. If you don't want to go the route that I recommended then either run the Methyl-Vol or the Sostenol, but not both. IMO, for somebody who's never ran a cycle, either one will be enough. Just try going to the PCT section of the forum to learn up on that and be safe. Its never a bad thing to discontinue a cycle for the sake of your health.
 
Seriously, just stop everything tomorrow. Read a bunch of info. in the steroids section of the forum and begin the cycle when you feel comfortable about what to expect and how to conduct a proper PCT.
