I also recommend that book, Being a complete endomorph myself...it seemed more sensible than if i were to use the general guidelines for bulking for an ecto/meso.
I originally followed a mens health bulking diet when I first started working out...and gained a lot of body fat because the diet (as I later realized after educating myself) was designed more for ecto's/mesos. I seem to be gaining a lot more strength at a lower weight now because of the endo diet.
