Pslin Dosage Times

Has anyone tried dosing pslin postworkout to assist with nutrient partitioning/uptake for muscle building i.e. 1 pill before a massive meal after a long and intense workout? I'd appreciate it if someone could elucidate upon this style of dosing as opposed to the typical preworkout one.
 
P-Slin would be best served pre workout, as that is what it is designed for. The effect from the first dose seem to last up until postworkout, or you could use Anabolic Pump for PW.

Recent literature has hinted that pre workout nutrition is more anabolic than post workout.

AP is better served post workout.
 
So if you are using BCAAs and WMS for your pre-WO meal, what would be the best timing?

I prefer using Oats and whey isolate 1 hour 30 minutes before a workout. What I do when I workout at 1pm

11:15 am Plsin
11:30 am 75grams of oats-40grams whey isolate with 5 grams leucine-3grams fish oil with 5 grams creatine
12:30: Adrenaline, Beta Alanine, Forskolin, ALCAR, tyrosine PowerFULL
1:pm: Tear it up with insanity!

It does, but you can still lift at 1:30. I use PSlin 15 mins before 100g oats, 1 apple 1 tbsp PB. I lift 20-30 mins after.

So I could move the dosing back 15 minutes and be safe? If so, then I have some fun awaiting me...
 
I am assuming if one were to take pslin and RPM the dosing would go a little like rpm, wait 20-30 min, take pslin, eat 15 min later then 45 min go to the gym?

The Naringin may actually extend the effects of P-Slin, too.
 
Pslin gives you a nice sized window, I would suggest working out as little as 30 minutes after dosing, up to 2 hrs. The reason most people lift 1 hour after is that it makes sense with nutrient timing.

I rather Take Pslin before any stimulant. If you drink carb/amino blend during your workout than I would take Pslin before the carbs and aminos.

I do not take carbs pre workout because I want to maximize growth hormone response especially with PowerFULL.

so then you suggest taking the rpm after the pslin?
 
well I don't normally since its so early in the morning just pop a thermo or something like rpm and go... but I suppose I would wait 30 minutes after the meal before beginning my first set.

I never advise for intense training in the morning but in your scenario, I would use the PSLIN after the workout.

If I had to workout in the morning. in this scenario, I would Take the PSLIN and RPM at the same time wait 15 minutes and sip of the simple sugars(dextrose, Maltose, WMS)-Protein drink or EAA/BCAA on the way to the gym and drink it throughout the workout and finishing it at the end..go home shower and eat breakfast or drinnk another shake that contains complex carbhohydrates and fast and low digesting proteins.

Hmm no.

I do not advise intense training in the morning, but he trains in the morning so I'm giving him the best possible advice in his scenario.

The second pharagraph is what I would do if I had to workout in the morning with these 2 products.
 
Yeah........what was typed is still contradictory. But I think I see what you're saying.

first pharagraph is explaining HIS situation and the other is explaining MY(if I had to workout first thing in the morning) situation.

Thank for the logic.

To clairify further, I suggested simple sugars in this scenario because we want quick digestion for energy demands with a first thing in the morning workout.

Pump, I will get that tracking for ya!
