running a 5 week cycle. took jw for first week alone. i have read a lot of the logs and noticed guys with no post cycle. i have read people who say one isnt needed and others who say one is needed. what would be a recommended post cycle?

I doing rec dosage for both as well

My understanding of the matter is that as long as you take the recomended dose you wont need a pct..Its when you go above that..I personally took double dose jw (to prove it wasnt liver toxic) and saw no signs of shut- down.

no PCT would be needed on this cycle. I however would add the Restore on the last week instead of PA alone, and 3 weeks after you finnish the PA. I like the restore for increased Libido, esterogen control and optimized test levels.
