yeh, just dose leviathan on an empty stomach..

a good hour before meals and a good 2 hours after..

I wonder if it "works best" because when insulin is low fat storage is unlikely anyway, regardless of supplements...

no its because a large presence of insulin (ie an insulin spike) will counter all of the benefits of yohimbine hcl.. so basically if you take yohimbine + sugar, the yohimbine will be useless
