PAL Stack Log

Friday weight: 280.4 lbs
Workout: Quads

Monday weight: 283.8 lbs
Workout: Back/Hamstrings

I haven't been listing my weights used during training because I haven't had any significant gains. However, if anyone wishes for me to list everything again I can.

Focusing more on diet and cardio. I know I still haven't gotten my diet/macros posted yet, I'll try to get this up in the next few days.

I'm getting some conflicting info regarding last meal. Some ppl recommend not eating period past X time in the evening (e.g. 7pm); while others still recommend having a shake at bedtime to avoid catabolism. What do y'all think? Due to my schedule I could have nothing after 8pm probably at the lastest. Think I should drop my bedtime shake (usually around 10:30-ish)? I usually have about a 50/50 mix of whey and casein of 50ish grams combined. I would appreciate some input on this.

You gotta eat something before bed. Either a casein shake, cottage cheese with Nat. PB, or some other slow digesting protein, but you have to eat ~something~.

I would wake up ravenous (not a good thing) if I didn't eat past 7 or 8pm.

Finally getting some approximate macros posted:

Protein: ~230g
Carb: ~60g
Fat: ~20g
Calories: ~1340

After looking at this, I am clearly not getting enough. So...I NEED HELP. I get three shakes a day (pre/post WO, bedtime) leaving me about three solid food meals. I need suggestions for food; easy food. I've been eating Chicken of the Sea Salmon Cups while at work. They don't provide enough for me, nutrient wise. I posted a request in the recipe section some time ago but never got any responses (Invalid Link Removed), so hopefully I can find some help here. I need quick, low/no prep food. Need at least 50g protein per meal, some more carbs and fat too.

You could add a PB Sandwich on Wheat bread to one of your shakes... or try the above as a snack with a scoop of cottage cheese. you in no way NEED 50g of protein at every sitting.

What it looks like you need most is carbs... preferably complex carbs... oatmeal, whole wheat bread, vegetables, SWEET POTATOES, etc etc

To be honest, you need at least another 1000 cals in your diet, I would also strongly suggest a BCAA product if you dont already have one.
Dont ditch the pre-bed meal... make sure you are having some fats with it as they slow the absorption of protein, allowing it to be digested all night long

im sure other people will chime in here as well with some more imput

So protein is alright I need more carbs? I was thinking I needed closer to 300g of protein a day.

I would suggest focusing on more carbs... most natural carbohydrate sources have some protein / fat to them (ie like oatmal has 2-3g of protein per serving).. so while you are getting more carbs, youll fill in the blanks with the extra protein and fat

I'm watching to see how you do!! Palo Alto has a great bunch of guys so you should do well with them

I'll work on up-ing my carb intake. I should get a new bottle of Reset and Paravol in tomorrow; I plan on moving to three Resets a day. My stims are not affecting me. Also, my sex drive isn't what I thought it would be with the Leviathan and Paravol. I'm not complaining since I'm single, just expected that as a side effect.

Thursday weight: 282.2 lbs

No stats for Friday-Sunday.

Started going to a new gym location today as I'm getting prepared for school starting next week. It is closer to my house and I'm making sure I'll have enough time before class to lift. With that, it means I'm getting to the gym between 6:15 and 6:30am which is something I'm not used to. Also, this means I will be weighing from a slide scale that I never weigh on. My weight today was 285lbs...I think. I was barely awake and I'm pretty sure that was around it.

No time for cardio today

Having to focus on time management while in the gym due to my new time restrctions. I wasn't doing a very good job of that today hince me not doing any cardio. I might go do some tonight if I have some time. I am still working on upping my carbs, primarily from oats. I'm hoping I will have more energy as a result of this because even with all my stims I am on I am still borderline lethargic at times. I have also began spacing out my Adderal dosage and not taking it at the same time as the Leviathan. Started that yesterday and I think it might have helped with my energy levels; I'll see how it goes today.

Good luck man... I FEEL your pain... i started 630am workouts on monday... OUCH!!! its hard to push hard before your body is awake!

This is definitely new to me also. Last semester it was around 10 or 11 pm...so this is quite a drastic difference.

WO's have been fairly decent. Still adjusting to the time of day. Because of my limited training time, I have only done cardio once this week. Therefore, I need to try to make it there a little earlier or WO faster.

I've noticed the scale hasn't changed much for me, but I seem to have had some body fat loss traded for lean mass gain. My closest friend has made some comments that my "moobs" are looking smaller, and getting random encouraging compliments about looking more muscular.

I have about three weeks left on this stack, unless the PAL guys think it's safe to go longer. I usually don't respond until the latter part of the supplements I've tried, and seem to be getting into that phase now. I've noticed in my reactions to some situations that my test seems to be a little up. Also, my rotator cuff pain seems to be dulled quite a bit. That makes me want to go back to barbell and heavy lifting, but I'm not going to jump the gun.

The added carbs that I'm getting mostly from slow carbs has been affecting my IBS, so I'm hoping to get adjusted some more before I go back to school next week. I am thankful that my trial run of WO earlier in the morning this week has gone successfully, as this should help with my time management once the semester starts; I pray I can keep it up.

Monday Weight: 283.0 lbs
WO: Back/Hamstrings

Started school today, and got off to a bad foot by not keeping my proper meal cadence. However, I haven't had much of an appetite lately. I don't know if it's nerves/anxiety over the new semester or the increase in carb by oats or fats by nuts. WO's have been fairly decent, was able to get in about 10 minutes of cardio today. Didn't really have time to do any decent HIIT (or at least not something I could keep up with) so I ran on the elliptical for the duration. Still seeing some decent results; not sure if gained mass or lost fat but I'm looking better regardless.

I never got any input from the PAL folks: Any harm in carrying this stack out longer? I'm shooting for approx eight weeks now and wasn't sure if going longer might bring about stagnated or deminished returns.

hey man...sorry about the delayed response... damn busy these days

All of our products can be taken for a while on end.. the only concern is the Leviathan... which should be discontinued (along with other heavy stims) after 90 days of use.. you need at least a 30 day break before ramping up on the thermos again... hope that helps

IM me if you have any other questions!

Sorry I haven't updated this...

About two weeks ago I finished the Leviathan, and last week I finished Paravol. Throughout the cycle my weight didn't drop like I was hoping (fluctuated, but nothing permanent), I think I did have some fat loss trade for leam mass gain. Of course since I didn't have any detailed pictures of myself this can not be shown. On the negative side, I must say I've been having better workouts since I discontinued the Leviathan/Paravol. I have decided to remain on the Reset AD and Incarnate and keep them as part of my core arsenal. I will definately continue to use PAL in the future. I think I might be a non-responder to tribulus and yohimbe, or maybe I needed higher doses than what I was taking. I did mess with my diet during this stack period, so maybe had I dialed that in first and remained consistant I would have had better results. Regardless, although my loss/gains were small, they were noticable to me; but not what I was hoping for.
