so I am 31 6'0 197 pounds, probably 20% bf been lifting for about a year now, mainly core stuff dl's squats bench in many variations need to grow now so i can cut and not look too thin. So i am taking my first ph and its superdrol. i have been on here for about a year reading as much as i can about everything, you guys are great. i need to know what everyone does as far as dosage times. I plan on 20mg a day for 2 weeks then 30 mg for 1 week but what times are best do i take the 20 at together or spread it out. does it matter. and lastely i am afraid of postcycle, i should use nova, but have no idea how to get it and i know i should ask, but at least some help in searching would be cool.
