I mentioned this to DR.D, but I think a good idea would be for anabolic xtreme to come out with their own energy drink. A lot of ones I try tend to be lacking in one aspect or another. Just a suggestion.

its an interesting idea, but there are many many drinks out there......

i will def forward this on to the powers that be.

Your right. There are a lot of drinks out there, but that does not mean they are all good or even work.

you do realize that if its good. and we can beta test it for you of course we can tell 1-2 peeps in gym or better yet drink it in the gym and get everyone to try it. word spreads fast. and before you know it everyone wants what is only in beta testing :P

OOO. choose me pick me pick me:box:

Here's the nice think about an energy drink. It either works or it dosen't. You just drink it then comment on it. No 8 week or whatever type thing. ABB, BSN, Coke-cola, everyone has one...I'm not sure if IBE is still making the Matrix.

Anyways, if Anabolic Xtreme has one I'll hit it up and review it since I know Anabolic Xtreme is about 'stuff that actually works'.

Here's my energy drink log:

p.s. I have have 3 requests:

1. Try and make it sugar-free/lo-carb. There's nothing worse than throwing back 80g of carbs and 70g of sugar, what's the point ?

2. Have the taste somewhat decent, not gross

3. Make it work.

Personally, I hope AX doesn't go that route. As said before, there are many companies that have them; in fact too many. They are all same old, same old. Right now they stand out with a good product line up and I hope 3-AD will make it even better, once it's released. But, by conforming and releasing an energy drink and/or a protein will be a step back and make them just like everyone else, mediocre.

but if we can do it BETTER, doesn't that set us apart?

for instance, THERE WILL BE a creatine.......does that make us mediocre? No, 'cause we do it differently....

Take a cap of stim-x, kool-aide, and some tonic water.

BAM! AX energy that lasts all day.

Honestly, I gotta give ReaperX props (cuz I already repped him earlier today for another good post). It would honestly be stupid for AX not to make an energy drink.

Just think, you could take the ingredients of 12 capsules stim-x (minus the cocoa extracts since they don't particularly enjoy dissolving in water). Mix with Carbonated water and some sort of flavoring, bottle or can the stuff, and sell a 12 pack for the same price as 90 caps of Stim-x. That's some Xtreme Revenue Anabolism.

you mean like piitb? or the everso different piit nasal passageway?

The reason why AX should make an energy drink is because AX dosen't make junk. I don't take for granted supplements to work because a lot of times they are a far stretch if they even do. The argument of many energy drinks being out there as a reason not to do it is probably the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

There are many different kinds of cars, clothes, and fast food places just like there are a ton of energy drinks. This does not mean that they are all on the same level. Same dice here.

Mediocre? No offense bro, but I have not used a product from AX yet old or new that is mediocre...You can bet if AX ads it to the line up of innovative products they already have it takes them that much further above the rest..One thing to remember if AX makes a claim about a product you can bet your a$$ its going to do just as they claim...Hell they got DR.D
man........far from mediocre.

Do we need to have a little lesson in business and marketing?

I'm sorry I didn't mean it to come out like that, but there is only so much stim that the body can take and every company can provide it regardless of their delivery system.

I just don't agree. There are already too many energy drinks and way too many kids jacked up on caffiene. I would much rather have a coffee from DD than spend over $2 on some nasty tasting "juice", "soda", or whatever you want to call it. Sure once in a while I will try one, maybe once every two months I'll look for a carb free one. Most of the time I will just drink water. If I feel too tired durning the day, its easy enough to adjust my sleeping scedule to fix things. Pounding a caffine drink is just compounding the problem.

Yes, but the reason there's so many energy drinks out there is because there's so many kids willing to shell out $2 per can to get jacked up from it.

Most of the time it's somewhat recreational as well. *cough* jaegerbomb *cough* *cough* I've gotta be honest, I sometimes enjoy getting a little caffeine buzz going before I work out. A recent study has actually shown caffeine to enhance endurance on weight training exercises (study was done on bench press). Note: I haven't seen the full study, just the results.

There in lies the problem. Sorry I am not sure if I used that in the correct context...I guess its good for the companies that sell these drinks, but not so good for all the kids becoming addicted to caffiene at an early age....Oh well, more sales of RESET AD!!!....You see my point though?

Yeah, I see you're point. Caffeine is a drug. It's a stimulant, and it is mildly addictive. I can honestly see more regulations on caffeine coming out in the near future (i.e. age restrictions for buying products containing ###mg of caffeine).

I heard in the news one day (about 6 mos. ago) that young kids were taking insane amounts of caffeine in attempt to get high. Then again, I also remember hearing about kids choking themselves to get f*cked up (due to lack of oxygen to the brain). Man, kids are stupid.

Yes and more energy drinks will just make things worse. Sure the kids make their own decisions, but then this subject can open up a whole different can of worms. First it was cigarettes to make kids think they are cool. Now its how much caffiene they can drink. You are just a kid to me Sinner, but you are one of the smart ones. I kind of think of you as the kid stays home to study instead of going out with his buds to party. Not a bad thing my friend, me now I'm just an old man!.

Ouch, way to hit the nail on the head :D

I had my fun in the sun, but I grew up rather quickly after freshman year. To be honest, if I was going out and partying with the bro's, I probably wouldn't still be in my major (chem engineering) as I slide by some of my classes by the skin off my ass.
