Hey what types of food carry a decent amount of casein protein in them in order for a person eat as a usefull source of protein? Now i know that cottage cheese contains it. I also know that milk also contains casein....but which type of milk is it...whole, reduced fat, or skim? Ive looked high and low and all i've gotten was a general answer of milk. :type: If anyone else has any other ideas, let me know. If not....ill just stick wit cottage cheese and Cytosport's Evopro.
