Successful Raspberry Ketone Suspension

Has anyone ever had a successful run at making a RK suspension??

I've read plenty of failed attempts, but no winner so far.

so I don't have to weight out every dose or cap it.

yeah, I had planned on putting it into abliderate but I'm going with formestane instead - so I'm just going to take the 10gRK I have orally

Thats what I'm asking basically - what would be the ideal solvent for this.

I've read failed attempts with water and failed attempts with sesathin oils as solvents. I was thinking maybe an alcohol but I doubt that would work because RK's are lipophylic.

If it is lipophilic then it should work with the oils, no?:think:

Raspberry ketone dissolves very easily in both Isopropyl and grain alcohol.

thats what i thought but then i read a few posts of people saying the rk's stayed in one huge clump and wouldn't diffuse no matter how much they shook it.

I'll see if I can get some alcohol to suspend them in.

I actually got some(about 1.5g) into the abliderate carrier WITH 5g formestane added without heat or anything, I'm thinking of trying to add some more RKs to the mix since it seems to be totally fine right now

I'd suggest some heat. I had real trouble with adrenosterone until I heated the Penetrate enough.
