You should send the pills my way so I can test the compounds in my lab. I bet you it some estrogen mimic compounds that will make you grow tits.

Hell If I grow tits, then all I have to do is become real flexible (admit it we have all tried) and then who needs women.

Dude, sore chests are happiness. Legs so sore you feel like someone's sticking glass shards in your legs every step you take up the stairs is beautiful. No pain is absolutely no gain, lots of pain is some good gain.
 
Tuna ftw... straight out of the can... Just make sure it's in water not oil. Gulp down with copious amounts of water.

I wanted this for a snack this afternoon, but I had only hot cans, and I don't like hot tuna....I chilled four cans, tomorrows snack..
 
That's what I'm thinking too.. a lot of feedback against the fish oil, surprising...

Just one person really supporting their claim. But the thing to remember is, CP is having his atheletes do this. So, I guess until CP kills someone by fish posioning, I will give it a shot.

If you are worried about it, you can always play it safe.
 
I hate fish, but eat tuna maybe 2 times a year...

In college when I got down to 3.5 percent body fat I was eating a full large can of tuna in spring water by itself for breakfast chased by 32 OZ of water. Ironically enough, I was eating 2 cheese burger at 10, 3 at 12, and 4 at 5 with a protein bar at 2 (fyi we had an all you could eat buffet complete with chinese food, burgers fries, hogies, salad, oh and super custom omelttes to order in the mornings for a flat fee in college, best damned food at a U in the US, private U.). I'd throw in some breakstones before I hit the sack. Loads of creatine and a protein shake before/after workout between 7-9. 2 hours of cardio or 2 hours of lifting every night.

I was squating 375, deadlifting 425, and benching 275 at 185 lbs 6'4". I may need chemical assistance to reach those levels again without Jamie Eason as my trainer!
