ok to take rest Ad before bed with Xdream?

i just got my restad and xdream today, was thinking can i take them together befor bed?

I wouldn't...Reset A.D wakes me up. But you can try it. See how you react.

I get more of a calming effect from Reset AD... but I can see how this can stimulate some people.....
I would suggest taking it a few hours prior to bed.

thanks for your responses. i decided not to take Rest ad with xdream before bed
BTW i took Reset ad with rpm today before training. and that was awsome.

Yeh I take Reset everyday with my RPM and since starting it, I have been able to cut my RPM dosage in half with the same effects.
