Ok, I've been reading this and this is where I'm going to have to interject here a bit. I do believe that some women are legitimately bi and they are equally as attracted to the opposite/same gender.

I've seen this tons of times since I've been at college and I find it misleading to say the least. There are a lot of women who are 'allegedly' bi when they get wasted and maybe give a girl a kiss or something. Girls will do anything to get attention from guys and some go farther than others. This follows the same for girls on 'Girls Gone Wild'. Does that mean that they are all diehard exhibitionist ? Nope...maybe some but not many, PLUS you have to wonder why they do this since they are not getting paid/being exploited. Well, it is from attention (probably due to some self-confidence issue) and wow! what a better way than to flash or whatever....

Girls who are extremely attractive tend to have OTHER girls who are extremely attractive as friends. Maybe they are really friends or maybe they just feed off each other's similar mentality. They kiss and say they are bi just to get guys to go nuts and fawn over them, start hooting and hollering...whatever....and it works too since guys do this.

I've seen it before and my girlfriend's sister(but not actually my girlfriend) subscribes into this mentality. None of her 'friends' are really her friends, but all of them are beyond attractive and I'm assuming its the whole 'eye candy looking for attention posse'.

I just get kinda annoyed at girls (this is not being directed to anyone, just in general) who bust out the whole 'bi' tendency when maybe its just a call for attention all along. If the door to a windowless soundless room was closed and your still all about getting down totally sober, then more power to you, but most girls will get down when they are wasted and a huge crowd is present.

Case in point:

Last fall, my last semester of college at my fraternity we had 2 seperate incidents where girls did this:

1. 2 girls were wrestling naked in our shower room with the showers on...and were yup you guessed it, wasted. The cool thing was it was videotaped (not by me) and we didn't pay the girls of course.

2. 2 different girls were getting down naked in our foyer with atleast 90 people present and using a 14" black dildo on each other. I don't think there was any video made of this though unfortunately.

None of the girls who did this were bi, but still had 'bi' tendencies at the right time and I suppose right alcohol too. Myself, and I'm sure many others enjoyed the entertainment though.:bruce3:

It is just my pet peeve how being 'bi' is often used but extremely in an inaccurate manner.

I have absolutly no want to fall in love with a women.. i do however have a sexual attraction to some women.. i think being bi means you could be in a relationship with both a man or a women.. or both... i do think women find the attraction between each other and are wonderfully ok with it. Guys i don't think have that connection, nor do i ever want to see two guys do anything together.

guys are dirty and ugly and goofy looking.. women are beautiful and we rule the world

I think that some of that sexual attraction towards another woman might also be mistaken for admiration or idolization of that woman due to whatever characteristics may be attractive. Guys have a similar notion when they admire another guy's physique or muscles or whatever. Guys are not bi nor even have that tendency in that given circumstance, but I'm sure you can find guys who also too envy other men's well-built physiques.

The comparison is the same which stems from admiration. The difference in physical interaction is a female thing, not a male thing....but both are from admiration/idolization.

Bi has nothing to do with "realtionships" IMHO.

Lets finish the word people "bisexual". Most bisexual chicks wouldn't date girls, but they'll sure as hell enjoy their female goodies :D

Bisexual also doesn't have to mean "equally" attracted to both sides. It can have different levels. Some being mostly attracted to men with some curiousity and experimentation with women. We all know that alcohol lowers inhibitions, letting us do things that we wouldn't normally do. Many women have one night stands as a result of being drunk, that doesn't mean the don't "really" like guys though.

My wife is bi, which I've mentioned before. She's told me she's felt an attraction to girls/women since she was six years old. She was also in a relationship with a woman in college for several months. For the most part (she says), she prefers men, but women are a very close second.

I completely agree with this discussion. Way to go bringing out a subject that many are too embarrassed to discuss...the girls I mean.

Myself...unlike many of my friends I don't have a lesbian fetish. I do however enjoy jumping in the fun with a 3-way or whatever is going on with more than one girl.

My fiance is a rare breed. The "Real Deal" you might say. Discuss sexual preference and her line is always, "I'm a lesbian but I love **** and could never date a woman. I can't date a woman because I have very high standards and I'd always be in competition with her to see who could look better, so it would not be a good relationship. So I am settling for a great guy."

She is very experieced and not ashamed to admit it. She taught me how to use my fingers to find the g-spot while snacking with my mouth-- a speciality of hers that I am told her female playmates love. It takes practice to do that right without too much saliva or pinching the girl's skin-- trust me! I agree. I'm not saying there are NOT legitimate lesbians, but about 98% of them are posers with some type of confidence deficiency. If you REALLY want to see lesbians, go to a gay parade and you will come to find that the women there are AWFUL and probably the male drags look 100% better than them. I still believe women who claim to have bi tendencies have some type of confidence deficiency which in turn leads them to admire/idolize which is expressed in a physical nature. As I started before women tend to express themselves in a physical manner while men do not. However the interesting flipside is men are physically more shallow (I am VERY much so part of this group).

Here's 'Reaper's Cliffnotes' checklist that you can use to find out if your bi:

1. Would you prefer the same sex even if the individual was unattractive, or would the same sex being attractive need to be some type of pre-requisite of engaging in sexual activity ?

2. Would you engage with someone physically unattractive sexually in a closed room with no one present ?

If either/both are answered 'YES', then I believe you are legitimately 'bi'. If you answered 'NO' or either/both then you are not 'bi', but most likely just admire the physical attractions of another individual of the same sex.

See the thing is men are attracted to women which would be labeled as 'hetro'. Even if the woman is ugly we may not want to 'hit that' per se, but we are still attracted to woman. If circumstances require strictly a high level of physical attractiveness or its a 'no deal' type of set-up then this nullifies being 'bi'.

NOTE: There was no mention of 'romance' or 'relationships' in this, only strict physical interaction which I determine to indicate 'bi' tendencies.
 
While I agree that there are many women..particularly young women..who are bisexual posers, or for lack of a better term..simply just going with the moment it is silly to try to toss people into one of two or three different pigeon holes.

Bisexuality encompasses a broad spectrum of wants and desires for both physical satisfaction as well as emothional and relationship oriented needs. They don't always mesh and you have some who are purely into the same sex for occassional sex and some who can be completely comfortable in a LTR with either sex. The later I consider "true" bisexuals, though the former are far more numerous.

Research done by Kinsey and Kinsey Institute as well as the famous Masters and Johnson studies highlight just how many people in the population have bisexual and other desires that are far from the mainstream.

In the last decade it's become en vogue for women to "go wild" offering up an opportunity for them to explore..often in public so that's why we're seeing it more. Even with the fakers thrown in, it's just a manifestation of what's always been around since the dawn of history.

agreed. i have friends that when it gets down to the nitty gritty, some are definitely probably more bi than others and when "action" time actually happens, its alittle surprising to see who is the most bisexual.... and who isnt at all.....

i dont think that being a true bisexual is if you are willing to have a LTR with a person of the same sex, not simply for humping. I really think it comes down to "would you still mess around with the girl if no one were to find out "

Yeah I knew I'd be picking up heat for bringing up this topic, but whatever, I'm not very modest when it comes to talking about sensative/taboo topics.... I'm also one of the rare breed where I'm not into the whole lesbian thing or even 3somes honestly.

I'd rather go after one pink taco for a couple hours, then switch over to another for a couple of hours. Why rush with a 3some when you can enjoy the flavor individually ?

On a side note: Describe how you finger the g-spot while 'snacking' per se.........I'm interested in know.

Well, the "true" thing is just my definition as it gives some cred to those who are that flexible..which I think is some hard core open mindedness. Simply performing sexual acts on the same sex happens all the time with people who are drunk, confused, emotionally stressed..or in prison. People in prison who resort to homosexuality often do not consider themselves bi/homosexual at all..particularly when they are freed.

There's a fair amount of anthropological research to indicate that IF there were no societal pressures, cultural indoctrinations etc, that bisexuality would far more the norm than it is now. Based on the whole Girls Gone Wild phenom, I'd almost agree with this.

Not suprising,.. I have met many who claimed to be bi. One of my girlfrineds IS actually bi,.. well, I think she's only gottn down wit hone girl, but it was more then once. If there were more, I didn't listen to that part :P (although she HAS brought other girls into the room for that purpose to share w/ her bf, - though it never happened casue he was passed out- so she didnt.)

A few points:

1) Girls will ALWAYS travel in groups. This is kinda hard wired, as the more females you have, the more attention is brought to the group, thus improving their chances of having the most secure, desireable male approach.. (casue women like ballzy approaches :thumbsup: )\ -this is ALSO so that they can run "damage control" on the other girls they preceive as attractive, or a threat when their around guys (the motive is not always the same) but 2 examples are to cockblocking, and to lower or raise the social status of the group as a whole,.. either through making some poor dud look like an idiot, of flirting a a group with a group of other guys they PRECEIVE as having high(er) value


2) It IS possible to have a purely sexual desire between women. Although one will almost ALWAYS be the obviously more dominate (funny huh,.. there's a "man" between every lesbiean couple :P)

3) I too, can find something sooo beautifull, that I want to be as close to it as I can. But with anythign , there IS emotion attached, even if it;'s called lust, ... the same drive that makes you want to be close to that beauty is it's in your best interest to do so (which is why hot girls have other hot friends) - I wont go into the "best interest part",.. but it most comes down to survival of the group, child, or themselves, or attracting a provider/lover.

I believe physical attraction is heriditary through 'evolution' of course it had an alternative motive such as 'most ideal woman for my partner or bearing children'....something to that degree. Those evolution discussion are best discussed under the influence of ethanol and/or hallucinagenic substances.

Yeah, the g-spot is on the upper side of her, the side that would be closest to the belly-button, but not directly under the belly-button. The g-spot wold be a couple inches further down. The pressure there still works though. Have fun with it!!

lol- I believe this too, to a VERY large extent.

It's also Contextual, and Socially influenced (attraction).
- eveoluition in and of itself IS the ability to adapt andf survive,.. so it's pretty obvious that what is attractive can change... BUT,. .that change is in the CONTEXT and SOCIAL INFLUENCE.

(That's why there are "fantisies"- becasue they are usually not excepted as a norm by social sourounding).
In other words, It really deprends on what PART of the Brain is being used. And in the reptillian part, which acts on it's own, will always favor strictly survivel or betterment of self or child, or tribe..) -
~lol,.. It's also the first place I look to when I want to know WHY someone did what they did,... (or will do :thumbsup: )

What sucked is eventually all the girls that were there to party started freaking out and getting really uncomfortable so eventually our house manager kicked out the girls after about 15 minutes......so instead we can keep over the girls that we had whom will probably come back again another evening, or kick out girls doing stuff you'd probably have to pay for.....needless to say it was not a very popular decision.

When I was single I used to have nightmares that arose from that movie "The Crying Game". Out at a bar somenight, half drunk, pick up some hot chick, then find out she has a weenier! Still makes me cringe!

Side note to that. A friend of ours (she's also bi but we haven't played with her) went on a date with another woman who turned out to have a c*ck. She was really freaked out because she wasn't expecting it. Otherwise she said she might have been into it had she known before hand.
