Ok...serious question. Live off of the basics chicken, oats, PB, Cottage Cheese, maybe some sandwich stuff AND buy more RPM. Or, Get a huge variety of food and have very little spending money for the next two weeks?

Honestly, my workouts havent been the same. But, i have been laying off the caffeine besides every now and then.
It's easier to count protein / calories on a 'same' diet.
Include the time cost of figuring out what that wide variety of food is costing you calorie / protein load / fat wise.
I would opt for teh RPM....Unless you like variety in food...izza:
But the deal is that food is of primary importance, everything else besides exercise is secondary.
Yeap....I found I do better with just a few of the staples, and since it is only a couple of weeks....
I also had some Reset that I take every so often. I had to be careful because I was prone to headaches after taking it.

I only vary dinner. My breakfast, first snack, second snack, lunch, third snack, and bed time load is always pretty much the same.
But I like consistency.
