I did the Cable DB press combo instead of BB bench...All in all not a bad chest workout. I was a little worried with a jacked up wrist...
 
Everybody I seen worked on arms, so I was anti-arms, and did my compound excercises, and my arms suffered. Mainly Bi's cause the tri's still got work from all the presses.

I'm pretty anti-arm, as in having a whole day devoted to doing like 10 sets biceps 10 sets triceps. Seems like too much to me, don't need that much to respond and you can do them separately with chest and back if you're doing splits.

I hear ya. But I think I am going to need to give them some special attention to catch up to the rest....
 
There is nothing wrong with hitting the arms hard. I just noticed a lot of big or defined arms with tiny backs and teh like....

True, I've seen alot of that too. I naturally have a friegen stacked back, so I don't have to work too hard there :)
