Actually if you don't own the house, and you're a 'roomate' you have plausible deniability if you have nothing in your 'area' and it wasn't in a 'common' area. So tell him to keep his **** to himself and you'll be fine.

I own the house, I can see it now, the police hit the house, kill my dog, confiscate my weapons, and haul me away....of course, nothing is illegal, it's just supps, but tell that to the police when they found two kilo's of white powder!

Yeah and selling anything remotely suspicious near a gym now gets you eyed. There's guys trying to deal supps around the gym's in the area. The gym's just call the cops and they get to sit in a holding tank while they explain that they are selling performance enhancing supps not drugs, regardless of what the advertisementso n the side of their monster trucks parked out front of the gym say!

It's quite funny actually.

Yeah, all legal. I had a permit to carry back in Philly, have to get one here though. All my firearms are registered/bought legally, so no problems there. I would -eventually- get them back. It's just that the police are very slow in returning firearms as a rule...
