in other site, bb there is a poll up already, on controlled labs color contest, i made up a big bird costume and went to local movie store, it was so embarrasing,

Yeah, I haven't had to water for 2 months... Yawn...

Rains every 2-3 days up here in north texas, feels like Seattle! In fact, the average temp has been like 75-80. It's just now getting hot.
 
you can see the pictures on here also but cant vote yet, but yal go in and vote, i think i deserve it for my two post, one is big bird, other i took pic of mustard put it all over me, lol

Lol, slander is in a published context, I don't believe blogs and bulletin boards are covered. Any judge in his right mind will throw it the hell out of the court.

Can you imagine all the whiny emo kids crying to their parents to sue some other mean bastard who dissed them?
 
satire i hear ya , its on bb, they suing for slander, and they said mods will prolly have to get a lawyer, said it will be hard to prove but with mone yyou can win anything

Not too mention the fact that he's got to find someone to send a summon's to first. That presupposes he can get a court order to open up the board IP records, and the ISP records and find out who the person is.

On top of all that, they have to prove damage. If this had any merit at all, there's be 5 billion law suits against all the sony bashers.
 
satire i hear ya, its crazy, i just read it on bb. he said the company sucked on his profile, how stupid to sue over that, and it looks bad on company, but i am pleading 5th so i dont get in trouble, lol
