I'm in the military and twice per year I have to take a PT test. I'm always WAY above 100% with my push-ups and sit-ups but am usually SUCKING on my run.
So what (if anything) can I use to improve my run time? My next PT test is in November. I finish my current cycle next month and will be off until half way through September. I was planning on running a cutting cycle (the lighter you are, the faster you'll run) and I'd like to add whatever you guys recommend.
