Ok, Nancy Drew wanna be's..... another scavenger hunt to take you into the night. Somewhere in my Anabolic typings there is a word.... it has 3 pluses before it, and 3 pluses after it ( +++__________+++).

Yes, selling 3000 lbs worth of dumbells really comes down to the shipping issue. I'm not an ebay guru, but I'm pretty sure you can list heavy stuff there and specify that the bidders need to be local and be able to pick up an item.

I'd love to find a good deal on a set of bells for the basement, but I'm in the Northeast.

SO, I missed yesterday's workout since I was busy wh0reing it up. By the time I finished moving my office it was too late to hit the gym.
