Carnosine and it's vast benefits

This is by far the most comprehensive source of info I've come across on the famous dipeptide L-Carnosine.

Over the past while, I've experimented with IM Carnosine at 300mg. I do notice a strength/endurance increase after doing so.

What I'm more concerned about is it's health benefits.

Carnitine is not carnosine.


So, it seems supplementing BA has lots of benefits!
 
And yeah, Beta-Alanine or Beta-Alanine and L-histadine together.. whatever floats your boat. :)


Unless you mean Benzyl Alcohol, as BA is the common abbreviation for that. :D
 
har har, have there been any studies with adverse effects of beta-alanine? Possibly OD'ing?
