epistane and hairline...

how do you guys tell if you are starting to shed? My hairline has been receding very slowly for years now, I just can't tell if it is sped up during a cycle. I check my pillow but usually wouldn't even know if there was hair there. I guess I should just get a white pillowcase to tell better.

When you're in the shower, vigorously rub your scalp while you're shampooing your hair. If your hands come away with covered in hair, you are probably shedding.

Altnernately, grab some hairs between you thumb and index finger, and give them a tug. If there's more than 4 strands or so per ~100 hairs pulled, good chance its falling out.

oh sorry bro - Nizoral contains the active ingredient Ketoconozole, which is an effective topical anti-androgen. Using it EOD as shampoo (leave it in as long as you can - ~10min) , has been shown to effectitvely inhibit androgen related sides in the scalp.

I used finasteride for enough months for my hair to stop falling out.. HOWEVER.. My penis was not functioning like the 24 year old should. The volume was VERY LOW and my libido was down. Whats the point of a full head of hair if you have no libido? I've run many cycles and I know this had contributed. Back when it 1st came out I ran quite a few 1-test/4-AD transdermal and (the worst) M1T cycles and that really hit my hairline hard. Even Superdrol causes my hair to fall out. I got some epi and I really want to use it in the future, but it will be at the expense of my hairline (I GUESS). When I do come off I do experience less shedding and it seems like thicker hair (to cover up my **** hairline) I'm sure I'd have alot more hair if I hadnt run m1t, 1-test, fina, pp (worse side effects for me than M1T, THE WORST), s-drol.
 
I have 'diffuse' hairloss, which is a whole 'nother ballgame.. I don't know HOW to combat it.. Maybe minoxidil to keep more hairs in the growth phase than not...

I have been making decent progress with:

1. 2% Nizoral from Walmart = $9.99

2. Applying Nizoral and massaging my temples moving the skin firmly and massaging those areas to increase blood flow.

3. Taking Saw palmetto 320mg day

Little blond hairs started to grow back and now is getting thicker fuller darker hairs. I think this was mainly a DHT issue and not really MPB thing.

Why not try pulsing Epi to see if that helps you some. Decent gains less sides. See my "Epistane FAQ" for more details :)

I pulsed superdrol and had minor shedding... I expected that... but my libido was good, which was the reason I pulsed.
