Test Enanthate and Epistane...

.25 ~ 1 is the normal range for use for arimi...

if you are using exemestane, definitely keep us updated on that.

how long are you going to run the nolva for? I always assumed ralox and clomid where better for gyno.

I think youre right about the gyno, i was thinking that might have been the reason, but cant be sure, also i did mean .25mg, sorry
 
Good stuff, man. Any updates? I followed along because I'm going to do the same thing... I may "pulse" the epi/havoc though.

Hope the muscle retention is high. Great log and excellent progress.

Another thought could be maybe lowering the dose of Epi down to 10-20 and running throughout for its really good AI type abilities.

Just a thought...

sorry i havent updated in a lil while guys, ive been really busy with work and stuff, ill post weight on wed and write some more then, also gyno is going down, which is a huge positive
 
alright my weight today was 205, and weight last wed was 202, i had cut my calories down a lil bit, but my weight had dropped a lil more than i had expected, the reason for the drop in calories is that im working a lot more than i was before and its hard to eat all the time, strength is up only slightly from the beginning of the cycle. tonight was chest and i started with flat bench and did 275x12, which isnt too bad. I look bigger though, i look as if i weigh about 215 at least, idk, a lot of people kep telling me that i look a lot bigger but my weight just hasnt gone up much, i guess the measurements will tell the true story. I am going to try and go back to eating constantly for the rest of the cycle to try and maximize my gains. My joints have been hurting a lot, im not really sure why, i might have to hop on some cissus for the rest of the cycle.
 
joints- most likely from the reduction of estrogen in your system. Do you take EFA's? Hope it gets better...My first cycle was full of problems but i stuck it thru. It was somewhat a waste as i lost alot of my gains.

I take flax seed oil, my cycle hasnt really been full of problems though, im enjoying it
 
awesome workout today, felt really strong, i started biceps with concentration curls and did 30x12, 35x12, 40x12, 45x10, 50x8, which is more than i have ever done before, i also felt great all day long, im contemplating getting some hcg and another bottle of test and doing about 16 weeks instead of 12
 
Another good workout today, legs, started with 4 sets of squats and then did 3 sets of leg press, then 4 sets of leg extensions and then calves. On the lat set of leg press i did 900lbs 8 times, this is keeping my knees close together and going as deep as possible, thats the most ive ever done, my legs look way bigger than they did at the beginning of the cycle

What would you guys think about doing the Epistane up front for 4 weeks and also at the end of the cycle, say do it for the last 2 weeks of test and 2 weeks after last injection to help solidify gains and lean you out a bit? I think I saw pistonpump suggest just doing it at the end like that, would there be anything bad, other than possible liver issues, to do it in the beginning AND end?

i noticed the most gains in the leg department when i did my first test run. My legs were really sick!

Ive thought about doing this, lets hear some opinions on this...
 
i thought your original plans were for superdrol ending.....maybe different log.

I think its a good idea if you liked the epistane run it again with last 2 weeks of test and two more after that.

so youre in week 6? wow those final pics are going to be impressive!

Yeah man that was a different log a while back, so if i run the epistane for the last 2 weeks and then 2 more after that, that would be 14 weeks total, is that too long?

14 weeks is fine. youre injecting 12 right? I did 16 weeks on my first injectable. i kind of think that was a bit to long tho, at least for my first but i ran EQ with so thats why.

He's saying that it would be 14 weeks total that he'd be "on" something, if you include that 2 weeks of Epi only at the end.
 
yeah 14 weeks total, and thats without hcg, so would that be too much? I dont wanna screw myself here...And im actually in week 7...
 
so i think ive decided to get some hcg and another bottle of enanthate and run 16 weeks, and run weeks 12-16 with epistane at 40mg...:aargh:

i used

clomid 1-10
torem 1-30
reduce xt
maca
some 6oxo at the end portion
not sure what else, cant remember of the top.

recover was good but i would HIGHLY suggest HCG for longer than 12 weeks or with nandrolone or tren the reason i didnt i had no source for HCG, i mean i did but....EDIT>tmi

if you run 16 weeks of test e, def. get some hcg, you will thank yourself. But why would you not run the epi in weeks 17& 18 when test begins to drop off...?
 
the two weeks it takes for the test enanthate ester to clear is when you would want the other compound in there (epistane). This is because the test levels are dropping so its kinda like substituting so you can keep gaining. laymans terms

ya, thats the logic I was using as well. Do you guys think if I did this, but only did 10 weeks test cyp, with the extra 2 weeker of epi at the end, that I'd need HCG? Don't know how easy it would be to get that. Of course Id have Nolva.
 
I just wasnt really wanting to go past 12 weeks if i didnt have hcg, also i would start my post cycle a week after my last injection, so wouldnt that be helping my test levels? Also I was more wanting to have both things working at once to have a big jump in gains right before the end of the cycle...
 
Today starts week 8, here are my measurements thus far

Chest: 49" (+1.5")
Bicep L: 17" (+.5")
Bicep R: 17.5" (+.5")
Forearm L: 13.5" (+.5")
Forearm R: 13.75" (+.5")
Waist: 30.5" (+.5")
Quad 5" above knee L: 21" (+.5")
Quad 10" above knee L: 24.5" (+1")
Quad 5" above knee R: 21" (+.5")
Quad 10" above knee R: 25 " (+1")
Calf L: 15.75" (+.25")
Calf R: 16.25" (+.25")

These gains need to all double before the end of my cycle (except the waist, lol) , time to step it up, ill check my weight when i go to the gym later...I need to start doing a lot more calves, they need to grow a LOT

i second that poopy. and not to suck ur nuts or nothin hurdle but you had an impressive build before this cycle and i strive to achieve something similar with my own. i imagine ur gonna be pretty swole after ur run with test. i'll get there... can't wait to hit up test in the fall baby!! great log btw
 
Great results, man.

I'm a week into epi and test e myself. Got HCG because it'll be at least 12 weeks on test, some IGF-1 to tinker with after I'm done the epi (and for PCT) and a fridge full of food. Should be fun. Thanks again for logging your experience! :D

and where are you taking your waist measurement?

are all these relaxed or flexed measurement?

Tailors tape, and im taking my waist measurement around my belly button, and yes im flexing for these measurements

And my height is 6'1", and yesterday i was 206

I can take relaxed measurements if any of you guys want...
 
have you took bodyfat % measurements yet? you look alot more muscular than me but yet im a little bigger # wise. except arms. I guess its my midsection then cuz i havent been size 30 waist in 5 years or more! lol.

I was just curious, no need for the relaxed measurements....

I'm kinda curious to see how I would compare, being about 2 inches shorter and 2 lbs heavier...hmmm.

You're big though man, I think you're like me and look bigger than waht the scale says. Which, IMO, is a good thing.
 
most people think i look like im about 215-220, i know my bf% is really low, if i checked it with calipers right now im sure it would be around 5%, its been down to 3% with a pinch test before, and yeah i think looking bigger than what the scale says IS a good thing
