Training Split

hey I've basically been doing the same workout routine for the past year. Two body parts a day and they are done twice a week. but I only do 4 to 5 exercises per body. Is this enough or should i switch to one body part a day with more exercises? thanks

monday/ thursday
chest
back

tuesday/ friday
shoulders
bis
tris

wednesday/ saturday
legs
abs
 
Way too much training. It is a bad idea to train arms and delts after chest and back and it is even worse t do it twice a week.
 
The same thing for a year? :blink:

It may be time to change things up. Have you ever tried full-body workouts? What about upper/lower or push/pull splits?

I don't think there is anything more fun and exciting (read manly) than a full-body workout.

squats
dips
pullups
GHRs
calf-raises
incline press
bent row

Isn't it bad to train delts before chest though?

Than your shoulders are sore to push the weight?

I usually do chest monday, and shoulders friday..thats bad??
