Synthesize with Whey

I just have a quick query regarding Synthesize. Would it be alright to take it with whey protein only? I follow a slightly modified Scivation cut diet, and typically my last solid meal is eaten 2.5 hours meal prior to my workout. About half an hour prior to the workout I eat a tablespoon of peanut butter, and 15 minutes prior start sipping on a whey/bcaa mixture. Will it be effective to take Synthesize with the whey/bcaa mixture I consume in and around my workouts?
 
Yep, that would be excellent. That's pretty much what I do, except I add in SuperCarb and WMS for some sick fullness and endurance.

you dont wanna know about scivations cut diet. its loads of protein, healthy fats, and green veggies with a refeed every so often. its effective but i just dont function well on low carbs (probably a mental thing:frustrate).

i want to know how he modified it...........i have all three of the cut diet books and i have even worked with Derek on nutrition, so i am not afraid of low carbs and actually respond quite well to low carb diets............
 
I simply played around with the calorie totals and refeeds a bit. Days when I don't work I eat one less meal, and therefore fewer calories total. I don't get as much time to sleep when I'm working, and it makes the extra meal necessary to get me through the day with a meal every 3 hours.

I refeed less often than every 3 days, as I have an injured shoulder, I only work legs once every 4 or 5 days. I typically have a refeed meal immediately following my leg workout.
 
Max, have you been doing this? How is it?

I've been Synthesize for about a week now. It's kind of early to really gauge it's overall effects, however I have noticed increased fullness in my muscles over the last few days, despite the lower carbohydrate intake. For upper body I'm limited to a resistance band/exercise ball rehab workout, but it does appear as though I'm regaining a bit of mass in my arms at the very least, which is somewhat encouraging.

One thing I've noticed is that Synthesize really fills me up, to the point where I'm overly stuffed at times after eating. I've dropped calorie intake a touch accordingly.
 
Yep, so 2 grams per serving.

Glad to hear you're liking it so far.

I notice a moderate pump and fullness on it while just doing circuit training.
