Cardio:


Elliptical @ different settings for 30 minutes.

Right now deciding what type of cardio to do. I'm worn down from the stims. I need to cycle off and hit the Reset AD badly.

In my latest quest for fat loss (bad idea on PCT) I'm keeping the cals high, and the cardio moderate. Eventually I wanna go really high with the cals and drop below maintenance with cardio. This will speed up my metabolism--both eating high cals and doing lots of non catabolic cardio.


I took 3 RPM and they woke me up a bit.

Pre-workout: 2 RPM + 2 Leviathan + 1 Reset AD AHAHAHA I'm insane!!!!!!!!

The key word here is HIT which is why I only do 2-3 sets max per exersize, and sometimes one.


Squats:

Pullups:

BW + 35 x 5
BW + 35 x 5
BW + 35 x 5

Dumbel Curls:

75's x 8

Stiff Legged Deadlifts (These were hard at this point)
