It really was a deep cover psy- op orchestrated by Bush. If you look closely you will notice that Bush is wearing a black plastic "throw away" type of watch(Timex), instead of his usual Rollex "Presidential". Bush knew the Albanians would snatch his watch, so he wisely switched to a disposable,probably has some type of tracking device chipped inside..that Albanian has stolen his last watch!
