I'd take a QB - am thinking it would be Manning - regardless of losing Brandon Stokley.

I'd have to think about it more before I'd be sure of whom I'd take with the first pick.
 
This was mainly for interest-sake, and to just find out how many people would like to do it.

I will PM the first 12 people that contacted me (yes you are one of them) when the league becomes available, this will include ALL info you need to have you rdy to drat your first pick.

After that we can keep this thread open for ongoing trash talk throughout the season. This is going to be fun!

Last season the AM league somewhat failed due to people auto drafting and them never touching their team the rest of the season. We should make it somehow that someone can take over a team that gets basically abandoned in case more than 12 want to play.

Great idea! I am now thinking of ways to make that happen. I hope though that everyone that has actually come and commented will stick it out. If not I they will feel my wraaaath!

I was trying to remember what site I was on last - may have been NFL.com. Whatever it was turned out to be pretty good.

I'll look through my email - but I know that site had FREE live scoring (whereas ESPN and Yahoo don't).



I know someone mentioned a salary cap - the only site I've seen with something like that is Smallworld.com. It used to be free (back like 7 years ago) - but I'm sure it's not now. Was pretty cool though. Had a stock market feel - players went up and down in value.

I don't know exactly which one you are referring to. I have always used NFL.com bc of free live scoring --- to me thats what makes it fun. Only neg. for some is that its not PPR. But it does reward QB's with 6pt per TD and 25py/pt which makes QB's really valuable, which I like bc they are the most valuable in the NFL.

Anyways, get back at me.
