I went a little crazy last night, ate some apples /w PB (3 apples) and some french toast /w SF maple syrup. Hopefully I got all the munchies out of me, and should be able to stick to a clean diet from here on out.

Superdrol sides are finally starting to take effect. I had a couple of hypoglycemic episodes yesterday, and I'm starting to get the lower back pumps (though they've been incredibly mild and very tolerable). I wonder if insulin plays an integral role in the superdrol side effects, since when I was cutting, I did not feel ANY sides whatsoever.

Is it strange that I love doing cardio on cycle?

Elliptical HIIT:
1 minute 800-900 kcal/hr
1 minute 1500+ kcal/hr
for the first 10 minutes

1 minute 700-800 kcal/hr
2 minutes 1200+ kcal/hr
for the next 35 minutes


This Reset AD is some funny stuff. I take it in the morning with a little caffeine, and it doesn't feel like much of anything. I take it again after work (without any caffeine or stims), and I'm about ready to start trippin' balls. So stimulated, that I haven't been able to get to sleep at a reasonable hour. So today, I'm gonna the second dose at an earlier time, and see how that pans out.
 
BTW Reset AD is some pretty kick-ass stuff. If any of you guys have never tried, I kinda like the feeling I get with it.

I'm up about 15lbs in less than a week, and there's all sorts of little stretch marks forming in my fake tan. I'm terrible with post-contest rebounds. My record is 22lbs in 3 days; that was a NASTY rebound.

Ok, so I took 2 caps of GAT's Jetfuel (less than the recommended dose) with my cap of Reset-AD before this morning's workout. That made me high. In fact, I'm still a little buzzed from it. Note to self: do not take powerful stims with Reset-AD.

Anyhow, I did the usual cardio on the elliptical (except today I was wired like a time bomb).

1 minute @ 1000 kcal/min
1 minute @ 1700+ kcal/min
for the first 14 minutes
1 minute @ 800-900 kcal/min
2 minutes @ 1300+ kcal/min
until I got to 35 minutes
Jumped rope for 10-15 minutes, and called it a day.

Left Calf: 15.25"
Forearm: 12"
Chest: 43.5

I'm kinda surprised my arms haven't grown: they look tons fuller and bigger than they did for my comp. I definitely carb-loaded waaaay too late for the competition: after the contest was over, I split a S'mores cream pie (which I had concocted) with a few friends, and they mentioned it looked like I had gotten bigger 30-minutes or so after eating the sugary rich-pice.
 
So far which one do you think you had the best results from the superdrol or HAVOC

I've really been enjoying this superdrol cycle so far, and am contemplating going a 4th week (and just doing 2 weeks of phera). The last time (first time) I took superdrol, I was doing the Superdrol/pheraplex stack (modelled similar to the cycle ran in this thread Invalid Link Removed). I did not have a good experience with that one. So in a way, this cycle is sort of my way of redeeming myself now that I know what's to be expected.

So far this cycle has had a LOT less sides than I was expecting (I had some nasty nasty sides the last time). But in a nutshell, the gains in size and strength appear to be similar. Superdrol appears to be a little bit stronger with gains, but it gives me lethargy flashes and back pumps early on in the cycle. With Havoc, I was a lot more energized and only got some mild calf-pumps near the end of the cycle.

So I guess to finally answer your question. Superdrol is probably going to give better results, but at the cost of stronger sides.
 
Started phera today. Will be running 30 mg phera and 10 mg TST. I am using Pherabol by Juggernaut.

Slept in today, and didn't have time to workout before church. For some reason, I the yellow gold had me feeling really hypoglycemic, and I was super tired. Went home after church to take a nap, and just woke up a few minutes go. I'm gonna go for a jog in a few minutes here.


BTW, I watched Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas last night, as it had been recently recommended by several members of this site. Definitely an entertaining movie, though kind of confusing at times. About the time Duke woke up wearing waders and had a tape-recorder duct-taped to himself is when I started scratching my chin a little. All in all, I give it about an 8 or 9 (and I'm pretty stingey about giving out high scores).
 
lol, Depp is def a character in that movie... 8 or 9 is an acceptable rating for that movie any day... but it just gets better everytime you watch it... the more subtle thoughts (johnny depps... wich most the time hes muttering outloud as well, lol) show more and you begin to relate what hes saying to crap going on in the background....

Oh my gosh, I could seriously listen to 'Duke' talk all day about nothing, and enjoy every second of it. Another wonderful performance of getting into character by Depp. I really liked the beginning when they're f*cking with the HitchHiker. The fact that the hitchhiker was played by Toby McGuire was just icing on the cake.

You guys ever see this one? Bill Murray as Hunter. I rented it once, but I don't think I made it all the way through. Not that it was bad, just after seeing Fear and Loathing many times prior to seeing this, it was kinda weird.

BUT avenged7X did pretty much the same thing for Fear and Loathing... track nuber 4 ontheir CD "city of evil" is called "bat Country" and is obviously dedicated to the movie.... BUT most dont know that if track 4 and the movie(right when johnny depp says the famous bat country line are both started at the same time) that the 2 will also correspond... even more so then the OZ/PF stoner trick.... even in a later song and later in the movie in the movie he steals a car... (the song then says youll never catch me) the dealr then yells at them calling them damn hippies ( the song then says never judge me).... im not just reading into this too much from one too many bong loads, i personally know the lead singer as my brother in law is dating his cousin and i asked him according to my suspicion.... he couldnt belive i figured it out on my own...

Ok, I'm gonna re-evaluate my diet right now. All last week, and even today, I've been coming home from work, taking my 3rd dose of YG (and last dose of TST and phera), and eating like a f*cking horse that hasn't eaten in days. I'm thinking it might be from not getting enough carbs earlier on in the day. Anyhow, here's how it's gonna look:

4am: my pre-workout spiel.
during workout: the 10g BCAA's
5:30 post workout: Some WMS, and a scoop of ATW protein blend.
7:00 breakfast: 6 egg whites (prepared however), 2 pieces of lean ham (2g fat and 20g protein), 1 medium sweet potato or 1/2 cup of oatmeal (I'll probably mix this with some of the eggwhites to concoct make-shift pancakes) and some SF maple sypup for taste.
10:00 meal: 1 and 1/2 cans of tuna, romaine salad, light dressing, topped with some nuts.
1:00pm meal: 1 and 1/2 cans of tuna mixed with FF miracle whip, spicy mustard, and a 1/2 cup of oats ( or possibly some wholegrain pasta)
4:00pm meal: 2 filets of tilapia and some veggies
6:00pm-ish meal: some sort of lean meat (steak, chicken, hamburger meat, fish, etc.)
8:00pm-ish meal: just some cottage cheese, maybe mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder and splenda for some flavor.

I'm hoping this will protect against these damn after-work munchies I've been getting. I eat all that food, and it just recharges me, and I can't fall asleep (hence my posting this an hour and a half past my bedtime).

That's a decent suggestion, but for 2 reason's:

1. cottage cheese is like crack to me.
2. I'd have to go and order cassein from somewhere
 
Bad News:

Last night I noticed the nips getting a little soft and puffy. My guess is that the prolactin rebound from superdrol was too strong. I made the decision today to drop the pheraplex and tap into my small amount of leftover Havoc. I am going to finish out the week with 20mg Havoc, 10mg TST, 30mg of Tamoxifen, 400mg of vitaminB6, and go from there. If everything seems to stablize, I will go with tamox and TST for another week. Chances are, I will end the cycle on Friday.

That being said, here's my PCT plan:
Week 1: 90mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 3 caps Restore, 400mg B6
Week 2: 60mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 3 caps Restore,400mg B6
Week 3: 60mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 2 caps Restore, 300mg b6
Week 4: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 2 caps Restore, 300mg b6
Week 5: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 1 cap restore, 200mg b6

IGF-LR3 will also be implemented somewhere in there (in a pyramid scheme). I am still waiting on the slin pins.

Shifting gears, I did my cardio today on the elliptical (can you tell I like this machine?):
1 minute @ 1000 kcal/hr
1 minute @ 1700+ kcal/hr
for the first 16 minutes

1 minute @ 800 kcal/hr
2 minutes @ 1300+ kcal/hr
Done for the next 24 minutes

Then cooled down with 5 minutes @ 900 kcal/hr
