Orange Triad tablet size

here is a size comparison of a white blood capsule (size 00) near an orange triad tablet, as you can see they are roughly the same size, so there shouldn't be any swallowing issues:

Nice one!

I just toss like 12 000 caps plus a few Super EPA and ADAM tablets in at once and I never really have any issues.

But! if I just put 2 ADAM, they ALWAYS get stuck!

Not sure why that is, but it hurts.

They used to get stuck in my throat too. I just learned to relax my throat muscles and they started going down no problem.
