I'm dropping the volume and switching to HIT, doing 2 sets per bodypart for the next few weeks. What do you think?
 
PCT has been effecting my sleep. I will increase the dosage of retain, eat earlier before bed, and double my dose of melatonin. I will also take some ZMA. I want sleep dammit!
 
ya i read as well that if too high a dose is used that it can build up over time in your system due to its long half life and casue trails and then blurred vision and blindness.

i also had a lil trouble sleeping with torem although i allready am a light sleeper torem dryed me out and i had to piss like 3 times a night!

We'll see what a mostly empty stomach with 6 mg of melatonin has to say about that. :hammer:
 
Slept well last night. 6 mg of melatonin takes no prisoners. I woke up to pee once, but I was so sleep induced that I could barely walk, and I almost fell over gettin' back in bed.


I'm going to run torm @ 120 mg's for the full week. Doing this, I realize I don't have enough, so I must buy some more.

Yesterdays Workout:

Pullups: BW x 12 perfect form
Clean: 280 x 1 barely
Deadlift Rack Lockouts Below the knees: 575 (light)
Upright Rows: 145 x 12
DB Curls: (bi's were dead at this point) 75's x 6
 
I'm 250 ish. I took 4 RPM and I had a good workout, but I didn't have the exact same effect everyone is reporting which leads me to believe I need 6. I just so happen to have 6 left.



How tall are you bro?

I did 6 and it seemed to work well.


I would highly recommend cycling off stims, rehabbing your adrenals, and then going on RPM solo, as it would be way more effective. Also take them with some grapefruit juice.

Ok, so I'm no "the sinner," but I did do some HIIT cardio today.



I ran on the track, and it was like 90 degrees.

I did 1 minute jog, 30 second sprint intervals.
I did 8 intervals total with a 4 minute jog at the end.


I could not do anymore sprints past 8, plus I had cramps, arghhh. :whiner:

Thats honestly pretty fvckin intense for that heat. Im not a fan of HIIT myself... it does have its place no doubt... but I got for the steady heart rate to avoid the glucose burn, and directly for fat.

I switched my bedtime sleep stack to include valerian root and lowered melatonin.

3 mg's melatonin (lowered from 4.5)

I may add some ZMA soon and powerful. Then I'll be the man. :dl:
 
Ok, today I did cardio:

15 intense minutes on the elliptical and
1 mile run.

Total time: 23 minutes


I took 4 RPM before the workout. I'm about 245, so this may be less than I should be taking but it seemed to be effective. I noticed that RPM kicks in around the 45 minute mark.


I also got Reset AD and PowerFULL in today. Can't wait to start running PowerFuLL, and I may try to "Reset" myself from stims after I get through the bottle of RPM. Take 1 month off stims, run reset AD, then start w/ RPM and Leviathan again.


I got another bottle of torem in right on time.

That being said my bench is pathetic, at around 305 x 1, but I have LONG ass arms. My dead is in the low 5's, and squat in the high 3's to low 4's.
