Fixed

actually Neo i was thinking that today it was 31st cause of DSADE's COMMENT ! ! ! ! ! ! damn you Dsade and NP for taking control of my life and my mind and wallet and bank account :(

but i like their prices thats what keeps bringing me back

We have not yet shipped anything to the distributors so I would not count on the NP pre-sale starting quite yet. I could be wrong but..........

aww man.... that means europa and boss and the like???? so we still have to wait fro it to be shipped to them june 1st??? then them to ship it to the retailers??? then the retailers to ship it to us???

i mean i have my test bottle but poops a feind and wants more so this means i cant get my hands on this purdy lil box and what ever goodies lay inside till like the 15th? (thats being generous)

Doesn't Pre mean before??? So that would mean that a Pre sale would be before the relase date of June 1st??? Maybe I just don't get it....but right now alot of us aren't :D

i think pre means befrore the retailer even gets it doesnt have to be on the exact date the company starts shipping it out, Nutra isnt AX... now if the distributor doesnt even have it theres honestly no point in the retailer even having it on presale yet IMO cause theyll sell out before they even get it in and know exactly how much they have to sell... either way this stuff will sell out fast "AND YOU KNOW THIS, MAN!"

I was always under the impression that the reseller has to buy its inventory from the distributor; it's not like they're street pharmacists. They would know when to close their "Buy" icon and replace it with a "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" in their pre-sale.

Why is everyone under the impression that it will be released June 1, 2007? The website only says June 2007. I hate to be the pessimist but this could be released June 30, 2007 (I hope to hell not because I'm very interested too). I don't know what the reps say at every site, but isn't the official site more official than the reps (no offense reps)? Also, the product overview of 3-AD is still censored quite a bit, I would think that they would allow everyone to see all the details for at least a week before its official release. Sure curiosity is getting everyone at the edge of their seats, constantly checking sites to buy, but it is still a hormonal product. Buying a product like this without getting a chance to read about it fully is... well, retarded.

Just my two cents.

The owner of the company also confirmed 6-1-07 a number of times, but now there's an issue w/ a packaging delay and pending legal action from Ergopharm based on an accusation of copyright infringement.

If there's a court injunction, it could be quite a while until an actual release. Time will tell.

I think there was a typo....way back... when it was state as being released in June... they meant July

pending legal action from Ergopharm based on an accusation of copyright infringement.

These companies are all making there millons...just that the supplement junkies have our Shizzy!

**Can't wait on 3-AD, going to chug my org. SD!**

I think he got it from Kramers lawyer on Seinfied.

LMAO this is cute.... he thinks just cause he released it first now HE can make a case???? well man i hope all the patents come through and 3-AD releases soon this is retarded and if ergo goes through with this shiii and tries to pull this crap im gonna go nuts.

Just rejoined the world, is 3-ad out today? I noticed the lines still blacked out on top secret page....
No pressure just wondering what up
Happy birthday, mine is June, 5 was hope to give myself a little gift or 3ad

We need some 3-AD offical confirmation now. On bb.com Bigsmith said they were just waiting for I believe labels. So he said it could be Monday or Tuesday before it's out.

Anabolic Xtreme has been informed by their council not to post in public forums on this topic. AX and its council feels strongly that there is no infringement upon any trademarks with their use of 3-AD. All communications on this topic are considered company private and will only be discussed through the appropriate legal channels. Anabolic Xtreme and its council are prepared to protect their use of the 3-AD mark though the appropriate legal processes. This will be the only statement Anabolic Xtreme will make on this topic.

Yea, I read that thread last night, well as much as I could take.
He is having a hissy fit because of the name 3-AD. He claims AX is trying to steal the hype from his earlier product 1-AD. He claims to be pressing charges on any product out now * #-AD *. Apparently he owns the rights to the letters "A" and "D" in succession.

Buying from Ergopharm supports terrorism.

Imagine that, owning the rights to the letters A and D in succession. The year is 2007 AD. Am I going to get sued now?

If all this is true I am pissed that I just bought Ergo's whey protein.

I think he's referring more to the association of the name 3AD with 1AD and 4AD, when 3AD is marketed as a prohormone.

His opinion is that AX is seeking to cash in on the successful reputation of his trademarked products.
He said what bothers him is that 3AD isn't 3-androstenedione or diol, and that the name 3AD doesn't represent the product's chemical structure, so that there would be a reason to justify calling it 3AD.

Not taking sides here, just clarifying what was said. An example he gave was that Heinz wouldn't sit by if you made a ketchup product called "58", although they wouldn't care if you made a cleaning product or something else unrelated to condiments, by the name 58.

His arguement is that 1AD and 4AD are registered trademarks, not that he owns the rights to A.D., as in "Year of Our Lord, as one previous poster mentioned as an example.

I see what you're saying. But I just figure 3AD stands for Trisorbagen Absorption of Adrenodione. It just seems bush league if he came out and did this the day prior to the release. I may be mistaken about that but I don't care to search out what PA says.

And he has a point. However, trademark law is pretty complicated and the fact that he's abandoned marketing 1AD and 4AD dramatically reduces any claim to the mark. Trademarks don't have a specific duration. If the owner of a mark fails to police it or fails to utilize it, then the owner's claim gets weaker and weaker over time.

IMPO, AX and Ergo need to have a conference call and work out a truce. All they're going to do is waste a lot of money on lawyers and draw attention to this product (possibly resulting in a change to the law criminalizing this product).

That's definately true. Just like the battle over the last designer product that came out and everyone fought over it. Free enterprise is great, but you hope that competition doesn;t end up trashing the very market it serves by bringing undue attention from the wrong people.

That's what it refers to...P.A. is saying that it's a convenient name for them to use, since he made A.D. a household name among bodybuilders and that it's associated w/ androstenedione/diol products, not delivery systems.

He says that he's warned them verbally and in letters from his attorney, so it's not a last minute thing according to him. It'd be best handled behind closed doors by the involved parties, but it's public now.
