How do you have Tito ranked that high? He has not beaten anyone of merit since Vitor and that was a gift decision.

by the same token he also hasnt lost. Also, Wand's last big win afainst page was years ago, and the Arona win was a gift decision

Tito's last big win was against who?? He is the most overrated LHW in the world that lives off of his reputation and persona. Every time he has faced top competition, he has lost. Two of Wandy's loses have been to top HW (even though he was robbed against Hunt), so you cannot say he is on a real losing streak.

He lost to Arona and the decision win v. Arona was a joke. He is also very inactive.

I will agree that Tito needs to perform well and dominate Rashad, however 206 at this point is wide open after the top few.
