is it possible?

Is it possible to gain 10 lbs. in 2 days??

Yes, if you drink a lot of fluid and have a lot of food working its way through your digestive system. Kinda on the extreme end of a weight fluctuation but my weight can go up and down 5 pounds in a single day depending upon when I weigh myself.

well i weighed 128 and then yesterday and the night before i full on pigged out : ( then i weighed today and it said 142...like i have never felt my stomach that full before...so around how much will i keep on? cuz i mean even though it was only 2 days it looks like I gained weight : /....will it shrink back in a couple days or am i going to have to work even harder to get it off now?

Your body will burn some for energy, store some as fat and excrete some as waste. Do some extra cardio to minimize the fat storage.

so what im seein as extra chub will go away? or am i gonna have to work it ALL off? or will it shrink back to wat it was 2 days ago?

That depends upon a lot of factors. However, I would assume that the sudden onset of extra chub is most likely due to the excess food you consumed and fluid retention. Once this passes through your body you should return somewhere near where you were. HOWEVER, your body will do its best to store those excess calories in the form of fat. So, you should burn some extra calories to help balance things out if your goal is to return to where you were before. The biology is actually more complicated but that's simple and reasonably accurate.

In short:

You ate like a pig and bloated up. Most of that bloat is temporary. However, your body will try and store as much as it can in the form of fat. Burn some extra calories to minimize the fat storage.

awesome thanks...would drinkng alot of water help? or just make it worse?

Well, in the long run drinking more water is good for you and helps with all sorts of metabolic processes. However, in the short-term it's likely to bloat you more. Go exercise if this concerns you.
