I just bought a house...

I bought one when I was 20, it's a good move.

What to do now? Enjoy it, you'll love seeing the mortgage come out of your account every month, haha.

I'm looking today...but unfortunately I might be moving abck in with the rents...

...for some other reasons.

Rafter's on it, get the friggin insurance, it is something stupid like $300/mo but if anything were to happen you will never regret it

I'd rather have my balls pounded flat with a wooden hammer than move back in with my parents! I love 'em, but would never live with them again.

Emo...congrats on your new house, at 24 that's a great accomplishment. Also, the best investment you'll ever make. No more flushing your money down the toilet with rent either.

Well I fell in love with one of the houses my realtor brought me to see...

damn decisions...damn life...

can anyone explain to me why things are so fvcking complicated?

Hey thanks everyone. Invalid Link Removed

I was away because I was moving in. Now that I'm in I found alot of little things I need to fix, and I'm such a noob to all of this, but willing to learn.

One of the closet doors won't open rofl. It's literally stuck shut.

Everything else is cool, except I'm missing a water spiggit/hose.

There is alot of other little things.
