I have no clue if a contest exists or not. This is Mace's board. I was just playing in case there was a contest. Looked fun.
 
i have a few questions, i dont know if its time to ask for this kind of questions but here we go. i have my 3 ad here with me for what i been reading i been thinking on starting at 6 caps per day for 30 days followed by 1 month on Advanced PCT and MassFX, hyperdrolX2 and Retain2. or should i start at the recomended dosage of 3 caps perday for 1 month .By the way i havent touched a scale but im between 183 and 189 lbs.

And the other question. My training buddy is really intrested on 3-ad he's 39 yo, around my height 5'8" -5'10" hes in the low 170's lbs and kind of cut if i had to guess his bf hes under 11% way below that. has a good diet, but he is prone to acne he is on medication for acne right now. And he would like to know if 3-ad would give him some acne.

Just my 2 cents worth , but I would start out at the recomended dose and work my way up. Just so I could see what the minimum dose would be to get great results..................

dude zombie your between 5'8" and 5'10" and 183-189lbs and you think your fat????? duuuuuude:hammer: :bb2:

the 37" waist is the one that kills me:( ****ing love handles

but the 45" chest lets me hides the love handles sometimes

i havent meassure in a few weeks if i start a log im going to put some numbers

im want to try the 3-ad but till i get better form my elbow im going to use it i dont want to waste it having to take days off cause i hurt it more :(
 
:jaw: If 150-165 is the recommened weight for a height between 5'8" and 5'10", then I'm pretty much morbidly obese right now...

well that data doesnt take in consideration people that workout. just height and weight. witch i think is stupid

Yeah, I was just kidding. That's pretty much the same with all of the stuff I learned in my Kin100 class. None of it really applies to 'us'.
 
like if you check your bf using a online calculator it only ask you for some measurements and sometimes just weight height and age and based on that it tells you how much you should weight. But thats bull****. Im going to ask a frind thats a doctor that has a chart with those stats or maybe someone knows about them.(here in my hometown health care is really crappy) Maybe in other places they really check using the correct or more accurate way

According to this at 5'9'' the most we should weigh is 160 and if you are 6 ft then the most you can weigh is 170. If that is the case I am way over. I am currently weighing in at 232.:donut:
 
we are all considered obese. i weigh 249 at 5'10 and a half" (thats right i love my lil half" i say fook the way that dumb thing says we should weigh and drink a protein shake and swallow some more 3 AD speaking of which...time to dose again...
 
This is a little diff for me: My stats are

5'7", 225-230lbs, 36% bf as per stand on bf analyzer scale....

I mean I'm fat but it seems a bit excessive to me. So bull**** as this scale asks me those stats plus male or female?
 
Bodyfat analyzers on scales don't know sh!t. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 185 pds and my scales lists my BF as 24%!

My bodyfat is between 11% and 12%.
