Sesamax and bulking

Hi, I have a question about Sesamax - is it effective while bulking?
I mean, how much can I increase my daily kcal without gaining too much fat? (I know there'll always be some increase in bf%)

Generally, yes. Sesamax is best taken with some fats (8-10g). Play with your doses a lil bit. 1 cap 3x per day is the starting point. If you're going to have a meal higher in fat (like a cheat), double your dose. Also, try to avoid taking it directly before or after you lift, as it has an anti-inflammatory effect as well (which may inhibit muscle growth slightly.
 
You advice me to double the dose if my cheatmeal is high in fat - but wouldn't that go for any high-calorie meal (like choclate, cookies, pizza, icecream etc.)?
Sesamax prevent fatstorage - thus also preventing excessive calories to be stored as fat, not only excessive fat - does it not?
I am eating very clean, I just hoped to use sesamax to eat cheat some in the weekends or so...

Thats right, it will help to prevent excessive cals stored as fat. It works best when you have at least 8-10g of fat in the meal (think of it as a transport).
