no........I had an ACL Replacement and was able to dose XFactor at 1250mg for 60 days..........had NO joint problems at all!

I liked it ALOT! i started it 30 days before PCT in a PP cycle. It allowed me to continue to gain throughout PCT! Next time i would do it right from the start..........

i went from 167 to 193.......in about 3 months or so, but i am back down to about 180-ish now.......
