How to turn an AP non-responder into a responder?

I've used a bottle of AP in the past and didn't ever see/feel the perpetual pump, muscle fullness, and lipolysis. I've dosed properly: at least 15 minutes before meals containing at least 40 g of complex carbs. I've moved the number of carbs up and down from 40 g to 80 g and still haven't felt or seen any difference.

I don't think I'm insulin resistant either because I feel the effects of hypoglycemia when I don't eat around 3-4 hours after my previous meal.

And I don't feel hypoglycemic even 30 min after dosing AP before a meal.

Is there any method/technique that I can do to shift my body's response to AP?

Also, even though I'm not feeling the effects is it still possible that some of the effects are still taking place?

you know... i have used 3 bottles and varied from 6 pills a day to 3.
I think i would require a dose of 2 pills at one time 3x a day. I felt no effects taking one at a time. I think it should be more potent... but i dunno if that is safe or not
 
I think I've read on someone else's post that a USP rep said not to double dose since it will actually lessen the effects. I might try it next week anyways tho... Thanks.

I've already went through 2 bottles and haven't really notice any effects. Except my chest does feel fuller when I take it but that's all. Haven't tried double dosing though. Bought me some YG and I'll see how that goes
 
If you double dose do it pre workout first. 2 caps will not make the product less effective but maybe to effective.

The only way to guage results is by keeping records but muscle fullness is a sure sign of glucose disposal.
 
Try centering your doses around times of further heightened GLUT4 regulation, i.e., in and around your workout.
 
This is weird. I actually felt the pill work more when taking just one a day. I now use 3 a day, and feel great, but it seems like there is a bigger impact when taking only one pre wo. Maybe you should try that?
 
Tomorrow I'm going to try two before breakfast and one pre-w/o and one post w/o. We'll see how that works out and I'll go from there. Thanks for the responses so far.

I feel really left out when I'm not getting anything from it since I keep reading about how everyone loves AP. This is my second bottle and it's not looking so promising so far.
 
I just started taking AP today and felt very nautious working out. Couldnt even finish my whole work out. Has any one else experienced this? Before my work out I ate close to 40 grams of carbs and didnt experience much of a pump while working out.

almost anybody will tell you 45-70 grams of complex carbs, eat more carbs.
