Rpm.... Varooom, Varooom!!!

Just thought I'd mention some observations I've made over the past couple of days dealing with RPM and PDE5 inhibition. Number 1 is of course a increase in libido(very nice), showing the increase in cGMP effects are perhaps strong at work. Number 2 is some developments of mild tension headaches while I've been taking RPM. Now at first I thought nothing and just shrugged it off as stress or something. However, I'm convinced now after having two seperate days of very similiar headaches that it can be attributed to RPM. This to me isn't really a bad side effect it just proves that the product is working(and working good). I never really get headaches and was wondering what would cause me to have two in less then a week, then I remembered that one of the primary sides of Viagra and PDE5 inhibition was an increase in headaches due to an increase in cGMP and NO production which possible contributes to increase pain sensitazation in the muscles around the neck.

With that being said, it's really a pretty good marker of the effectiveness of the product, and as I mentioned in an earlier post, perhaps to effective with the current dosing schedule of 4/day preWO. Thus one of the reasons for my revised dosing protocol. So guys when you get your RPM, do as LB said and start at a lower dosing. I honestly believe that the mileage you can get out of this product at a lower dosage is really, really good. It's stronger then you think it is.:cool:

Had my second dosage of RPM before hitting the gym this morning...talk about a blow out of a workout!

RPM tops Stizm, AMP and any other preworkout supplement I have used before. Placing an order today for a bottle of RPM. :woohoo:

Took 1 cap this morning for some bball shoot around at the park and worked quit nice. It's really cool to still fill the effects even at a much lower dosage.

I tried one cap before I played football today and definately noticed the thermo effect. Also was extra aggressive

Try 3 or 4 RPM before any competitive sport- I won't step into the weight room, track, or onto the football field w/o it!!!

RPM will be the next big thing in drug-tested sports performance enhancement!!

Oh trust me I wanted to but I only had 6 left and I really wanna try 5 before my back workout today.

I will keep that in mind when I get my bottle though for sure

Would defentily go good together, but I tend to save the big doses for the hard core workouts. Keeps it interesting that way. Still it was quit a surprise to see that after 5 days of use at 4caps per day, I could still take just one and get a pretty good "I feel great" effect from the product.
The 3-4 cap doses puts me in the "Patiences sucks..... I wanna kill something" zone.

The versatility of the compound is turning out to be one of it's best attributes.

Agreed wholeheartedly!!! I have been on RPM longer than any one else, and it continues to surprise me!!!!

I just got my RPM in the mail yesterday today was an off day so will try it out tomorrow, you say 4 pills before workout??Just checking, can't wait to try it will post my info when done working out!!!
 
4 seems to be the norm, based on the dosing chart for the product. Personally I'm going to try just 3 tomorrow and see how I react with it..... trying to find the sweet spot.

At 4 YMMV, be sure to post how you felt with that dose twist.
 
Hey people, just got back from my workout, I took 3 of the RPM's, and it worked great, I was really pumping, my arms felt alot fuller and I was sweating like a pig, cant wait to use it again this time I am going to try 4 at a time and see what it does, anyway highly reccomend this product!!:bb2:

Got 3 sets of wide grip chins for 15reps each rep with a dead hang. Highest I ever went before was 12, can you say WOOHA!!:bruce1:

Libido is kicking in stronger too, a good wind gust can set it off......
 
Went with 3 caps today and did notice a slight difference compare to 4 caps the previous day...you sticking with 3 or 4 caps?

I'm going to try 4 again tomorrow and if the headaches reappear I'll switch to 3 through out. If not, I'm going to stick it out with the 4.

LMK- I am putting together an alternative dosing schedule for off-days and on-days, and special situations....
 
Please let us know once you come up with the alternative dosing schedule. I definitely noticed a difference between 3 and 4 caps.

Did 4 again today and all was golden. Haven't felt nothing in the area of sides what so ever... could have just been physiological adjustment or adaptation to the product who knows. I will be sticking with 4/day for the remainder of my RPM run(who knows how long that will be:)). Anything that makes me want to hope on the row machine for 40mins after a balls to the wall arm day is a solid arsenal to have around.

LOL.... anything that can make me do cardio PERIOD is a definite addition to my arsenal.

Am I correct in saying that after no period of use will this product start to lower my test? I know that tribulus does this, so you are supposed to take it on a dosing schedule (3 days on, 1 off etc.). I haven't heard anything about an effect like this, so I haven't worried about it.

From everything that I have read in the literature, testosterone levels will return to normal after you cease using RPM- it does not effect the HPTA, so it is perfect for PCT!!

Leaning out is becoming apparent, right in time for summer. Muscles are lean and full..... looking good and dry, and still getting the aggressive energy on every dose. Slight less effect on day off 2/day doses but still there.

Sides: No more headaches with 4/day, but acne has increased. Had two really good ones pop up on back to back days, nothing inconvient but strongly suggest that this thing is boosting some T considering I'm not acne prone. Lifts are still climbing, got 110 for 12 reps 3X on DB bench..... that's a personal best. Jump up on DB curls with 50's to 55's for 8 3X on Friday. Squats sitting pretty at 300lb X 8-10 3X.

Just got my bottle yesterday so did 4 before my workout yesterday and today is off day, but did 2 before breakfast this morning. Think there is any difference or have you tried it on off days to split up the dosage of doing one in the morning and one in the early afternoon?

Yep, if you get the chance FB I suggest you give it a try.
 
Anyone having problems with sleep while using this??

If you experience insomnia- just take it a little earlier before your workout- it takes about an hour to kick in- but the effects of RPM last 4-6 hours....
 
I can personally say that I have had no problems with sleep. That is, unless my girlfriends there, I can't keep my hands off her because of this stuff.

Looks about right!! RPM did make me break out a little as well- there are some definite T enhancing effects in there!
 
I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, but I actually don't have to take more than 3 now pre workout to get the same effect that I had to take 6 to get a week ago. If I still take 6, my heart is leaping out of my chest and I sweat like a friggin' pig.

I've just been doing 2 in the morning on off day's like you. If you have some sort of activity planned later in the day then perhaps splitting the dosage would help out. Personally I just like mimicking my off days doses with my wo doses.

That's how I have been doing it as well...
 
Sounds like a good approach. Going to be hitting the gym in a bit and will be doing my 4 cap dosage. Generally workout around 5pm each day, so was thinking on off days, would take the 2 caps dosage first thing upon waking up until holding it until later in the day.
