:toofunny: LOL.....good stuff :D I actually just moved here, to Midland, last week....I havent seen that many pretty girls :( I'm sure they are hiding somewhere.....and....I WILL FIND THEM :bruce2: :dance:

As for the MP3 player, I use the new iPOD Nano in the gym. It's SO small, and never gets in my way. Some poeple think that they would be hard to use, since it does not have a screen, but they are actually really easy to use. The sound quality is just as good or better than my regular iPOD! :head:

Well, I finished Game of Shadows. It is a MUST READ, if you are into sports/nutrition/supplements......its just unfortunate that doping has gone to the levels it has in the sports world :( .....also, the suspensions hurt the Suns, and they lost last night 88-85, but they played GREAT for a team that lost their ALL-STAR center.

I had to work around my parents schedule today, and get my cardio and lifting done in one session. Since we just bought our house, my parents had to go "close" on it, and they would be gone most of the afternoon....so I needed to stay home and look after my little brother (9 years old). At least this time I didnt workout legs and do cardio in the same session :p

I had the cardio room all to myself (basically) again this morning! haha.....it looked pretty cool having SportsCenter on three 70-80inch TVs in front of me :D I dont know what it is about cardio on Sundays, but it always seems a little more difficult......probably because I dont lift on Sundays, so I am just overall pretty lazy on those days :p

Spurs go up 2-0 on the Jazz.....it's great to see Boozer playing well in the NBA....I LOVE Duke basketball and some of their recent grads have not done so well in the NBA (except for Boozer, Battier and Duhon). This is crazy......it seems like every thursday of this log, I have had to (for some reason or another) do my cardio & weights in one session......this time, it was because we had two repair men coming over "sometime" between 8-12, and no one else was going to be home....I got the honor of staying home to let them in :rant: :whiner: ......................ANYHOW, I had tons of energy during cardio...and went straight to weights, without missing a beat! I had as much or more agression/drive this morning after cardio than I usually do when I split up my sessions....overall....great gym time :D

I usually NEVER do HIIT on days that I lift weights, but this morning I was just pumped up, or excited or something....and I knew there was NO WAY I could prance around on the elliptical for 40 minutes....so, I decided to do HIIT. I got to the gym thinking I would do a 5 minute warm-up, 10 HIIT intervals, then 5 minute cool down......I dont think so....I did 20 HIIT intervals! :eek: no joke!
