OK so this is my first time on gear. I’m in the middle of my 3rd week and so far I’m really loving it! Sometimes, especially when I’m working out I feel kinda overwhelmed almost like a good ecstasy trip… Sometimes I am soar as ****. This last injection made me SO totally soar I could barely walk or sit. It was worst then my first, the injections in-between my first and this had no effect so I’m not real sure what that’s about.
The Dbol gives me INSANE pumps that I wish were permanent but lil by little I’m getting significant and lasting gains. I’m 6’ and before I started my cycle I was at 196 and today I’m hitting 208 of nice mostly lean muscle. I gained an inch around my arms, from 16 to 17” and an inch around my chest so far, from 45 to 46”. I’m starting to see cuts that I’ve never seen before and I’m getting real good feedback in the gym and out. Lemme know what you guys think about this.
Critique my 12 week cycle:
Week 1-2: Equipoise 600 mg a week (300 Monday 300 Thursday) and Dbol 50 mg ED
Week 3-6: Equipoise 700 mg a week (350 Monday 350 Thursday) and Dbol 50 mg ED
Week 6-12: Equipoise 700 mg a week (350 Monday 350 Thursday) and Winstrol 50 mg ED
Food:
Just about doubling my food intake with a fairly clean diet. Changes day to day but usually:
1. Protein Shake
2. Chicken or Tuna
3. Protien Shake
4. Sandwhich with lots of meat or salad with meat
5. protein Shake
6. cheese and meat or wheat thins
Workouts:
Changes every couple weeks from Bi’s/Tri’s one day, chest/back another and legs the third, repeat and rest on the 7th. Now I’m doing Bi’s/Chest one day, Tri’s/back another, legs repeat and rest on 7th. Mixing up amount of reps and weights to keep it fresh. Doing cardio around 3 times a week for 20-30 mins. Ranging from elliptical to running to stairs to swimming.
Supplements:
Twin Labs Multi Vitamins 6 daily
BSN NoExplode - 2 to 3 scoops before workout
Omega 3 – 1240 mg
Omega 6 – 885 mg
Omega 9 – 510 mg
Alpha-Lipoic Acid – 300 mg
Milk Thistle Extract – 70 mg
Nolvadex on-hand if needed
Post Cycle Therapy:
Nolvadex – 50 mg ED for 45 days
Clomid – 100 mg for 30 days
HCG – 4000ui every 4 days for 16 days
When should I start post-cycle with the EQ in mind, right after or a couple weeks after the last injection?
So give it to me guys is this gonna do it for me? Any glairing mistakes that I’m making? I’ve been working seriously for about 4 or 5 years now and I’m so ready to finally get that built, ripped shape that I’ve been working my ass off for.
