IT BURNS!! Poseidon Initial Impression

The Niacine flush hit me within 5 mins of taking my 1st dose of poseidon. 1st felt warm then tingle then get very warm. Then the same feeling spread to my entire body. I looked like a cooked lobster. I have never had a sunburn before but I imagine this is what it feels like. Neat I found another product that has an effect on me :)

Edit: Great! 5mins after posting this the Beta Alanine I took along with the poseidon kicked in. So now I feel like I'm on fire and covered in ants. Its quite nice ;)

No I'm just a freak. I can be out all day with my GF and my skin will turn a little darker. My gf on the other hand will turn red and blister and peel.

yeah, you are soooo dark :think:

Anywho, I get a slight tingle, but never been on fire even with two scoops. However, I felt quite nice when I took it with SMASH.

Heh I said I get a little darker (from pale to a little less pale) INSTEAD of burning. I'm usually pale year round :p
 
Poseidon and BA is a potent combo for feeling the burn. Be careful with the dosing Rivet....... oh wait.... to late.:p

Lucky on the sunburn man, I was outside in the sun for about an hour today and got a pretty good one going on right now. Even burned my eyelids.... how the hell did that happen?

Next time no sleepy in the park.

I'm thinking I'm going to be putting a few scoops into a jug of water and drink it during the day instead of all at one shot.
 
ive burnt maybe 1 time in my life.....naturally tan skin is awesome in the summer...poor pale people..haha..jk..

That's a pretty good idea. The amount of water used per serving is key to diluting the flush with Poseidon. I use around 12oz or more per serving, and only get the occasional flush. How much water where you using Rivet?

That does help a lot I would assume. It sinks in pretty good for me, but I still manage to get at least one good burn a year.

I used 10oz of water. I used 10oz again today and the flush was there but not where near as intense.
 
Sounds like lyour starting to adjust. Just keep at it, and the flushes will really minimize over time.

Hmmm, I might try it without my BCAA's and in maybe 5oz of water. I like the flush, but maybe I am a little :fool2:

And my BA is a time-released so it isn't a carzy burn.
 
what can i do to get the flush i don't get it i have tried first thing in the morning on empty stomach with just a little water maybe 3 or four oz.and big scoop is it safe to mega dose it like to scoops at once.

I am going to be trying Incarnate for my BA.

I have taken up to 2 scoops and still haven't gotten the flush, but something with SMASH gave me a nice flush.

Bulk BA from NP or Incarnate from PAL are good choices. As for the mega dosing. Adding 2scoops to 10-12oz of water would be fine.

Yeah. if it is just BA you are after, I would go for the bulk. I am going for the Incarnate because of the other goodies added.

i've taken as many as 3 scoops of poseidon at once!

This afternoon, I mix Poseidon with PowerDrive. That gave me some serious mental juice. Heck I still even have an euphoric feeling.

Im IN Ottawa! I dont care for Hockey. All I hear for the past few days is people screaming and cars honking.

Took my 3rd dose. The flush is even weaker then the second time. Just my head and traps feel hot this time.

Well that explains why you don't get sun burnt, there is no sun shinning up there :hammer:

Anywho, I really don't get the burn at all. A few times I will feel a few tingles. I think I will try it with some Grapefruit juice, and see what happens.

Speaking of suns and canadian anybody else feel like the call on Nash and the Suns was a rip for the Suns?

I didn't see it, but since they are playing the Spurs I believe they ripped the Suns. The Nuggets couldn't buy a call after Game 1.

I think you guys need to send the refs some Poseidon, they could use the mental acuity benefits...

Not so much the refs, but Commish Stern and Stu Jackson could defenitly benefit from a little bit of the Poseidon.:afro:

Odd I thought I was adapting to the Poseidon. I just took some postworkout and It burns just as much as the 1st time. Perhaps thats the trick to get the flush (taking it Postworkout). I also notice it makes my nose run not long after the flush kicks in.

Oh I didn't mention it but it mixes very easily. I just drop a scoop in then swirl 10 oz of water into it a glass. Taste is nice too very mild tasting.
 
It comes and goes Riv, but after a while you'll get to the point where it doesn't really come at all, just every now and then.

As long as I take it on an empty stomach, I flush just as much as the first time. I've noticed I get the runny nose from it too.
 
The only time the flush ever comes back with me is usually on an empty stomach as well. Haven't noticed the running nose though.
