Do i need to worry about over training doing a bulking cycle like this one? by this I mean doing an overlapping split routine which would work same muscle twice a week.
3 days on 1 off
WEEKS 1- 6: Methanabol 30mg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Deca Durabolin 400mg Per Week
WEEKS 1- 8: Sustanon 750mg Per Week
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every Day
WEEKS 1-10: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 Days
I've read so many mixed opinions. In the past I have stuck to working the same muscle once a week with the exception of abs... results were decent but i felt like i still had some gas in the tank after my workouts.:think:
