DHEA levels with Adrenal Fatigue??

Hey I seem to remember something about a connection between DHEA and Adrenal Function. I would like to know if anyone has any idea what the typical levels of DHEA are for people suffering from Adrenal Fatigue??

DHEA Sulfate- 191 range 80-560

I don't have Adrenal Fatigue but I am secondary so my pituitary does not send the ATCH messages to make enough cortisol and my DHEA suffered bad. I keep my DHEA at about mid range taking 2 25mgs of some good DHEA every 8 hrs.

I suspect I am in stage 3 adrenal fatigue - am going to do get saliva testing done to confirm more.

From what I've read, stage 3 of Adrenal Fatiuge can have high cortisol and low DHEA

My blood work 2mths ago was
Cortisol AM - 678 (171-536)
DHEAS - 3.15 (3.3-14.10)

I supplemented with 25mg DHEA for a few weeks, and latest blood tests
Cortisol AM - 698 (171-536)
DHEAS - 5.08 (3.3-14.10)

So I've upped my DHEA to 25mg x 2 times a day.

Did you get your cortisol tested ? Is it high or low ?
