my little brother could deadlift 27kg/59Lbs @ 19kg/42Lbs B.Weight whem he was 4 years old

when he was 5 he could do 10 chinups , first chin-up was at the age of 18 months or something

I could do 30 reps (reverse grip) when I was 9, but started trainings before I was 8


there are a lot of beliefs kids are weak, but truly weak are kids between 12-16 - bad habbits and minds programmed to be weak
